A head kick misses from li. Johnston is looking for a counter combo. li misses with a head kick.

Lee is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Reid is controlling him well. Reid cracks Lee with an elbow. That is naaassty. Shield tries a head kick but it misses.

Shield closes the distance and clinches up with Reid, looking for a takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Good shot there by Shield.#TD# Reid changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Reid throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Shield works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Shield manages to get to full guard.

Reid could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Strike lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Trudo lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Good work by Reid as he checks the leg kick. Reid checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
