We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Richards is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Richards tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

Roman Richards has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Skoden Thunder. Thunder jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Richards walks away with a smile on his face. Thunder gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Thunder dives in and grabs Richards's left leg, looking for a takedown. Richards pushes down on Thunder's head and hops out.#T2# Richards tries to close the distance and clinch up but Thunder swats him away and circles back towards the center. Thunder is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. Thunder darts in looking for a takedown but Richards gets double underhooks and turns Thunder into the cage. Thunder shoots in and drives through. Richards sprawls well. It looked like Richards was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Thunder. Richards throws a body kick despite being completely out of range#TD2# and Thunder counters with a nice double leg into guard. Thunder looks winded! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Richards is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Richards not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Richards knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Thunder on the ground. Richards keeping moving, preventing Thunder from controlling successfully. Richards has momentary wrist control but Thunder slips an elbow through the middle. Richards is looking to stand up but Thunder isn't so interested in that idea. #SUB# Richards is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T3# Thunder forces his way into half guard. Thunder is trying to control the action in half guard but Richards is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Richards on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. That was a close second round but I would say that Roman Richards will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Skoden Thunder's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. #R1# Sagutch throws a right hand that Jong ducks under and follows up with a left that Jong also avoids with ease. The fight stays on the outside here - Sagutch looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Jong displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Sagutch. Sagutch throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Sagutch throws a body punch but Jong moves out of range. Sagutch tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jong defends well and Sagutch ends up having to push Jong into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Sagutch backing away here, and Jong unleashes a leg kick that just misses. Jong misses with a few strikes there.

Jong is thwarting Sagutch's attempts to control the position. Sagutch could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Sagutch tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jong defends well and Sagutch ends up having to push Jong into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Jong let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Sagutch rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jong moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Jong slaps away a takedown attempt from Sagutch, before circling back to the center of the mat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joshua Sagutch. That's going to take a lot out of him.#TD2# Sagutch gets caught flat footed, as Jong shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. #R1##TD2# Thunder shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Thunder was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Remington can't do much from the bottom here. #SU2# Thunder stands up. Remington closes the distance but Thunder moves to the side #TD2# and Thunder counters with a single leg into guard. Remington didn't expect that. Thunder scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Thunder lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Remington wants to stand and escape but Thunder is having none of it. Thunder postures up.
Thunder slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Remington definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T1# Remington wants to get back to his feet but Thunder passes into half guard.
Thunder takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.#SUB2# Thunder maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Remington could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Thunder has cracked it and Remington is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Thunder!
