#BC2# John's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. John is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Hall.#CUT# It looks like George John has been cut. John moves out of range as Hall throws a body kick.
John is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Hall circles away from the clinch attempt.
#TD# Hall drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. John wants to get back to his feet but Hall is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Hall lands a couple of decent looking shots. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. John has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Hall has passed into side control.
John is positioning himself to get back to half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hall scores with punches from side control. #T1# Hall taking a breather here. John is trying to improve his position. John is still trying to improve position. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Hall lands a few punches from side control. Hall tries to score with some ground and pound. John controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Hall has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T2# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. John can't do much from the bottom here. Hall staying calm. Check out the look on Hall's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

Can Hall finish him? This has been an exciting period of action! Hall loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have John scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Hall land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Hall stands and salutes the crowd.

Hollafield throws a head kick that misses and Stout counters with a left and a right that stings Hollafield. #CL2# Hollafield takes the fight into the clinch. #BC2# Hollafield escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
#CL# Stout fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hollafield, pushing him back against the cage. Hollafield jumps guard but Stout turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Stout slows down the pace here.
Stout fails to pull the fight into his guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hollafield jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Stout walks away with a smile on his face. Hollafield gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Stout doesn't manage to clinch there - Hollafield circles away.

That's going to take a lot out of Evander Hollafield. Hollafield shoots in for a takedown but Stout shows good takedown defense. Stout has had enough of the clinch but Hollafield keeps him there for the moment.#T2# Hollafield tries to score a body lock takedown but Stout shows good agility there to stay on his feet. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Hollafield creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. #TD# Stout decides to pull guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Stout is trying to keep Hollafield in close.

Hollafield trying to control but Stout is working from the bottom. #SUB2# Hollafield drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Stout manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Hollafield has Stout in his guard.#REVR# Hollafield can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Stout controls the pace.#T3# Hammerfist, elbow! yells Stout's corner. There ya go! There ya go! #SUB# Stout is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. #SUB# Stout drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Stout jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Stout scores with a decent looking elbow strike.#T4# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.#ES2# Hollafield wriggles free and stands up. #CL# Stout forces Hollafield back against the cage and clinches. Stout missing with knees to the body.
Stout is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Hollafield to keep the fight standing. Hollafield prevents Stout from breaking the clinch. Stout tries to break free but Hollafield pushes him back against the cage. Hollafield wants to take the fight to the mat but Stout manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.#TD2# Hollafield has clasped his hands together around Stout's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. #ES# Stout throws Hollafield to one side and escapes! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. #R2# Stout has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.#CL# Stout drives through and clinches with Hollafield against the cage.

The fight stays on the outside here - Stout looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Hollafield shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Stout but Stout pushes him off and we're back to square one.#CL2# Hollafield clinches. #TD2# The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Hollafield tightens his grip and picks Stout up, before dumping him to the ground. Stout manages to land in guard. #T1# Stout keeping moving, preventing Hollafield from controlling successfully. #SUB# Stout working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hollafield doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Stout is tightening it up a little... Hollafield has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Hollafield reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Hollafield taps out! Nice BJJ there by Stout!
