We've been hearing reports that Sully has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Sully leaves Wilson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Sully is looking for a counter combo. Wilson wants to clinch up but Sully keeps it at a distance. It looked like Sully wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Wilson has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Wilson with a poor takedown and Sully counters with a nice body shot. Sully lands a body shot.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Saputra wants to improve his position but Davis is controlling well.

Tofail has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Tofail misses with a looping left. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Tofail misses with a straight right. Tofail has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Tobig Tofail seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Chestner bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
