1. There are no Offensive BJJ coaches at this gym. If you need this type of training this gym will not work for you. Brooklyn MMA coaches Mui Thai, Boxing, and Wrestling skills. There are also coaches for Defensive BJJ training.
2. Please try to keep training at 2 fighters per session. This will help all fighters obtain excellent training. Maximum per session is 3. Anyone pushing session level to 4 will be removed from gym.
3. Please use the vending machine. It provides small support to the gym, and very good support to your fighter. Stamina and muscle bulk supplements are provided. Most fighters are receiving daily energy from their managers. Stamina and muscle bulk would be bonuses they wouldn't routinely receive.
