And here we are again at the wondrous Micro Arena! Hey, where are you friends? and you family? hmmm? Where? Nowhere! And that's because you're in the island, Isolated! Boohoo, just fight, you crybabies...
#1 Brian Toilfer v Harold Bee
Toilfer started out his island campaign with 3 straight losses, and he has not been sacked yet, fantastic. He's a boxer who débuts at the Leftovers against Harold Bee who has 4 straight losses!. Who will be the greatest loser of all? Toilfer is 7 years more experienced so I think he might just win.
#2 Pavel Bosnick v Benny Lawlor
Pavel is a very young Bosnian with no real talents and after losing his first fight he has a new manager, maybe that will help. Benny is a boxer from Ireland with a modest 1-1 record. If the ground is not part of the Polish's plans, Benny will win by KO.
#3 Richard Rockhard v Markus Wyzewski
Richard managed a beautiful submission of the night on his last fight. His gameplan is clear and his opponent knows it. If the fight goes too long to the ground, he might just triangle his opponent again. Markus also has a submission win but if he's to grapple with Rockhard, I fear his blue belt will not be enough. Stay on your feet and go for the KO!

How long do you plan to stay Champion at Vanquish?
My plan isn't to stay as a champion. I entered this sport with one goal in mind...
to inflict as much bodily harm as I can to another human being.
My dream since childhood is to literally beat the shit out of someone and so far it hasn't been realized but I'll get there.
If there anyone out there who can beat you who do you think it is?
Crown?
Crown who?
Is he my next opponent?
I'm not trying to insult him I just don't pay attention as to who I'm going to fight next.
If he executes his game plan perfectly then he can have my belt.
Not that it matters to me. I just want to see the pain in his eyes on fight night.

Liyak Rhust has been steadily making a name for himself fighting with Australia’s Vanquish Combat Club in Sydney. The welterweight who resides on the east coast of Australia, grew up in Dallas, Texas and has had 4 fights so far with the #3 ranked Australian promotion. He currently holds the 170 lbs title as well as a 3 fight win streak.
“Bout to Bust” started on the independent scene, going 5-1 whilst earning himself a QFC tournament semi-finals appearance before turning his sights to VCC. Since joining Jake Parkinson and his fighting promotion, the American had a slight stumble, losing his first fight to Ross Rhea before streaking 3 straight.
Although still very early in his pro MMA career, Rhust feels it’s the lower tier opponents he has faced so far that he’d attribute to his current success. “Weak opponents. No disrespect to the managers I've faced so far but most of my opponents just weren't high calibre fighters.”
It may seem a little cocky at first look, but he also knows it’s just the level he’s at and it may not always be this way. “I come in and do what I do but I'm not stupid. I know there's some guys out there that'd tear me apart.”
At 25 years of age and just getting started, Rhust seems to be enjoying his time with Vanquish and fighting in Australia. Currently, he’s the #1 ranked fighter with VCC and would be happy to make this a long t cont... |

265+ lbs fight: Clinton Offley defeated Magnus Cross by Armbar in 4:22 of 1st round.
Disaster came to Cross after he followed his corner to break clinch while he could throw punches from inside and avoided takedowns. Offley had a moment and used it to takedown straight after he avoided an uppercut. Offley succeed to win with armbar after spamming Cross 11 sub attempts.
265+ lbs fight: Mike Jursllla defeated Dick Wad by unanimous decision.
They fought all out to land punches and kicks. Wad was aggressive and Jursllla being a counter. Jursllla had been cut in the 1st round before Wad started to clinch.
Jursllla scored more points with his punches from inside fight. He could takedown from inside before 2nd round ended. And Jursllla dominated 3rd round with his Muay Thai.
Wad never tried takedown, that should be questioned!

Freddy: Hey everyone I'm Fred Meyer and this is Inside The UPF. Last week I told you that we would be sitting down with another young talent the UPF was lucky to sign. Here is the young boxer now, let's hear it for Clint "HeadBu$$a" Hester.
(Clint enters stage right holding a plastic head, which he smashes with his fist as he shouts "HeadBu$$a" walking over to Fred. Shakes hands and takes his seat)
Freddy: Busting heads I presume? Haha! Welcome to the show Mr. Hester. How are you?
Clint: I'm great. How are you?
Freddy: I am doing very well thank you for asking. So Clint, before we even start talking about fighting, I'd like to know a little about the man behind the fighter. What do you do when not fighting or training? What did you do before you were a fighter?
Clint: I've always been a bigger guy then most people my age. And, in high I was always the one people would come to when they needed someone to help them out. Aft cont... |

SPNY 261: Lockyer-Mahtisaari 4 Preview
Live from Liberty Dome in New York, sponsored by Bullet Proof System in Las Vegas.
Main event
(c)Darren Lockyer vs (#1)Arttu Mahtisaari
Darren Lockyer is on a hot streak right now! He has never lost in SPNY and the only man who was close to dethroning the two division champion was Arttu Mahtisaari. The 35 year old fighter has won 23 of his 25 fight by knockout and won 8 KO of the night bonuses, he will surely be looking to score another finish tonight. Arttu Mahtisaari has faced Lockyer before and knows his strong sides and weak spots, I'm curious to see if his manager manages to utilize his skills and finally capture that 185lbs belt. Mahtisaari has only lost to Lockyer in SPNY.
Co-Main event

The 25 year old Ichabod Crane is known for dynamite in h cont... |
