Welcome to the preview of SPNY 267, taking place in Credit Card Center, New York city. July 18th, this arena will be filled with people who want spectacular fights and jugding by the talent we got here it sure as hell will be spectacular.
Main event
In the main event of the evening we got 2 submission experts facing eachother. Nils Holgersson, a grappler who has wins against Juaqim Antunes and Sean Richards will look to utilise his ground game against a fellow BJJ black belt Brad Shaw. Brag has been inconsistent throughout his career and at 31 years old he's looking to make that final run at the belt. Shaw has the edge in experience, but I think Holgersson's skill advantage will earn him a victory.
Prediction: Nils Holgersson Submission (armbar) 4:12 r cont...

July 18th will see the debut card of the King of the Beach promotion. This is the future of the Brazilian-based fighting community, so expect to see a lot of action as fighters look to make an early impact in their respective divisions. We’ll also see 8 heavyweight and super heavyweight fighters make their first steps towards the belt.
Opening our main card and Grassroots Featherweight Tournament, we’ll see Cuban BJJ brown belt, Jorge Soler (0-0), make his debut against the American-born, Brazilian-based kickboxer, Don Wilson (3-1). Both fighters should be able to finish the fight early if the fight ends up where they want it, so keep your eyes peeled.

265 lbs fight between Konstantin "Russian Bear" Erokhin (273289) and Alen Zalac (272486)
Erokhin is a Muay Thai fighter, and Zalac is a street fighter with a weakness in Muay Thai. Ding Ding ! Erokhin straight to the clinch and Zalac looking for a takedown. Erokhin is landing shots and Zalac is cut as he is doing everything he can to get the fight on the mat. But before he can do that, Erokhin lands his 3rd knee of the fight and Zalac crumples and its over.
Results: After 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee & Punches). Konstantin Erokhin!
