Kevin “The Beast” Wideman (1-0, 0-0) v Gabriel “Gorilla” Santos Silva (1-1, 0-1)
On paper, our main card opening super-heavyweight contest is about as close as it gets. It has been Spring since the last edition of GAMMA Gossip, so i decided to do an update of the most important recent GAMMA headline news!
Growth
Climbing the ranks in this game is a grinding game if anything, but our growth has been pretty stable. We currently have 70 top 1000 p4p fighters on the roster which is a record since April 2014 and we are ranked 4th in the game in this category. Most impressive is our rise in top 100 p4p fighters though where we currently have 10% (ranked joint 3rd).
GAMMA significant signings
Since our last GOSSIP in April we have had some major signings in the org starting with Tony Slevin (180928) is a strong prospect which is currently in the top 200 p4p fighters of the world which has yet to lose since being managed by Digga Dogman. With an impressive 15-3 record, his last loss was over a year ago. One to watch for sure.

How do you feel about your upcoming fight with Shintaro Nomo?
I look forward to testing myself and hope that he can give me a good fight. He will be looking for the takedown all the time as standing he will have very few chances against me.
Do you think that your amazing submission win over Yates in the first round will have changed a few people's idea about you?

Fighter of the week
Dennis "Pikey" Page
The winner of 'Fighter of the week' is Dennis Page from Swansea (Wales). The 29 year old has been on a roll lately since joining TTFC, but his latest performance is the one that will stagger MMA fans the most.
'Pikey' is managed and brought up by veteran manager Scott Davies, coming out of Wales himself. He started his career by winning his first 6 pro fights, all by (t)KO and won the Umbrella Corporation 155lbs belt in that 6th fight.
His title defense didn't go as planned as he was stopped in the 3rd round by the famous George 'Machine Gun' Kelley. After the loss, he kept fighting at the org and would eventually move on sfc, hilo fight league and a short time at Syn. If it wouldn't have been for George Kelley, Page his record would have looked even more impressive, but he has come short every cont... |

The Ultimate Pit Fighting over in Hilo has been re-growing for a little while now and we have all of our champions crowned. But, there are a few that stand out. We have four champions with dominating records three of which are undefeated. Well actually four undefeated champs but Artem Obukhov, our featherweight champion, has only two fights thus far. The four champions that we will be looking at are Thiago Meida at 265+, Beach Bum at 205, Mustafiq Rana at 185, and Dr Thork at 155.
Dr. "Creepy" Thork - Lightweight Champion of the World 8-1 [2-0 UPF]
First up is Thork. Thork is a submission specialist with all 8 of his wins coming by way of submission. He had a record of 6-1 coming off a loss when he signed with the UPF, with a win over Darren Kissel [5-2] at Insanity (220K+) in Los Angeles in the cont... |

Stomp-a-thon 18 22 July 2015 Review by Rabid Alien (102643)
The Romper Room Butt-Stompers has once again shown why its events are becoming the "place to be" here in Las Vegas with an incredible show at the The Underground this July 22nd. This amazing event had 7 fights resulting in 5 knockouts, and 2 submissions for the Butt-Stomping pleasure of the MMA fans who stormed the gates to see it. This event has 2 Championship bouts; and is the 4nd Stomper event to finsh the night (3rd event in a row) and never hear a final bell! This review will hopefully visualize for the fans who sadly missed it....just what a great evening they missed out on. If my verbs and adjectives fail, u can get the brutally twisted and bloody details at http://www.mmatycoon.com/orgeventmanager.php?EvID=839444.
