 It has been a while since i last did an update of the latest news, so here we go!
GAMMA is on a role at the moment. We are currently the largest organization in the game with over 450 fighters signed to GAMMA or one of our affiliate organizations based all over the world. We also broke our own record this week, with 13 Top 100 p4p fighters, which is a personal best.
Will Renan get the #1 spot?
Renan St Juste is 39y old, but i am not too certain he knows that. He last was crowned p4p ranked #1 fighter in the world in May 2013, but is in prime position to repeat that feat over 2 1/2 years later! He has a massive fight against Gutz for the title, which should push him one more step closer to his goal. Currently ranked at #4 worldwide, a win against Gutz could open the door for a massive super fight which could end the cycle.

 KOTB 7: Supremo
A record 2,000 fans were in attendance for the first-ever double championship card in King of the Beach history on Saturday night. Hayashi’s Lounge provided the perfect atmosphere for the highest rated event in promotion history, and now KOTB looks forward to a return engagement at the lounge for KOTB 8, as well as the inaugural “Challenger Series” card on Wednesday night. For now, let’s get into this weekend’s recap:
Opening the card was a lightning quick affair between 18-year-old Canadian middleweights, Matt Lewsk & Rene The Hulk. Both grapplers came in hungry for a victory and it showed, as The Hulk immediately grabbed a takedown and started unloading with some ground and pound. Lewsk, though, doesn’t mind being on his back and quickly turned things around with a tight triangle choke and a ‘submission of the night’ bonus.

Mellow Mood
A young lion has taken the title of fighter of the week this week. Only 26 years old, but already in the top 10 at 265+ and he is the MFN champion. Add to that a 18-3 record with 13 (t)KO wins and only one loss by (t)KO, then you know that we have a special fighter on our hands.
As to why he is called 'Mellow Mood', there are two stories. One legend says that when his mother have birth to him in Kingston, that there was a song from Bob Marley playing on the background called ' Mellow Mood' A second story says that when his parents were getting it on in bed, that the same song was playing and that because of the passionate moment, they called him like the song. All I know is that his name is a bit deceiving because he is not as mellow as his name suggests once the cage door locks behind him.

KOTB 8 currently sits at the promotion’s second highest rated and second highest attended card in history, so it should be considered a moderate success. But enough about us, lets get into the recap:
