 Interview with Cezar "Anaconda" Afonso about his upcoming Featherweight title fight in the newly established organization HUSTLE.mma and his recent troubles with the law.

Interviewer: Hello Cezar, happy new year! Any new resolutions for 2016?

Cezar: No man, these resolution things aren't my style. I just go with the flow.

Interviewer: Alright. And what about your upcoming title fight? How do you think it will play out?

Cezar: I have been training hard for the fight and i'm confident that i will come out victorious. When i get Habitoyo on the ground he won't know what hit him. I will strangle him like a baby.

Interviewer: And tell us a little bit about your recent troubles with the law. The Brazillian newspapers say you beat up 2 guys outside of the famous Rio de Janeiro Barzinho nightclub and when the police apprehended you, they say you were carrying a gun with you. What was that all about?

Q: The newest season of the popular Island challenge has officially begun. The fifth Island's first organization - Island FC - has officially opened its doors and started booking its first event. To celebrate the start of the fifth season we decided to pay a visit to one of the fighters already confirmed to be fighting on this historic event. Mark Corden and his opponent Alpha Gamma will represent the bantamweight division. Mark, since not much is known about you, would you be so kind to introduce yourself to our readers?

 

 

Mark: My name is Mark Corden, I'm 25 years old and I'm ready for the toughest challenge of my life on the island. I'm one of the lucky few to get noticed and signed by the first organization on the island and I'm ready to prove I'm a worthy addition to the bantamweight division.

Forsaken Champion!

The UPF's middleweight champion of the world Vic "Too Sexy" Cooper has gone missing! No one has heard from Too Sexy or his manager since December 1st. Vic "Too Sexy" Cooper joined the UPF back in the beginning of the re-opening of the UPF with a record of 0-2.  He had his first UPF fight and his first professional win of his career at UPF TWO: Back In Business against Humberto "Betao" Simoni, who is now retired.

 

It was a quick fight, Vic had an flawless showing, not missing a shot and not allowing his opponent to land any, finishing the fight with a TKO in just 1:26 of the fight. 

 


 
Cooper then went on to fight Akito "Devil" Toyotoku at UPF 6: Independence Brawl, where he had yet another flawless showing this time winning KO of the Night honors at 1:57 of the first round. After two fights in the UPF Cooper was looking deadly. He looked like no one could stop him. He seemed to be on top of the world. So happy

UPF 32: Clegane Vs. De Vries was an event held this past Saturday at the Hard Knocks arena in Hilo by Ultimate Pit Fighting. The event wouldn't go sold out but was a packed house as nearly 2700 people filed in to watch an amazing night of fights, even though there wasn't a championship fight on this card.

Undercard Bout - 265 lb - Simon Eddles (0-0) vs Robert Ur Sons Father" Inurgurl (3-2, 1-1 UPF).
