Generation X treme Fight Review
Date Line New York…In a smoked filled arena ,the smell of Old Spice Cologne and stale beer along with hundreds of crazy MMA fans, Omega Fighting debuted it’s first ever event., Generation X Terme. Owner, founder and president of Omega Fighting Justin Ass was shall we say slightly on edge as his vision finally became reality. Electricity filled The Underground as 20 of the best up and coming mma fighters battled each other in the cage to make their mark and prove their dominance in Omega Fighting.
From the opening bout to the Main Event it was non stop action. The night was full of Ko’s, submissions and 3 fights even went to the judges table. Here is the full recap from start to finish of last night’s action that was truly a success for Omega Fighting.

Hey guys; it’s me Chael Mir hosting another edition of ICON Interviews! I’m extremely sorry for the wait but it’s definitely worth your while. Today we have the no.2 ranked Middleweight in the world; who is no.8 in the pound for pound list and he will be fighting at Steel Penn – ICON on May 21st against our very own middleweight Champion Lester Jangles in something of a super fight.
CM: Hey Viv what’s up? How is training going? Are you looking forward to the fight?
VR: Sup Chael? How’s the family?
Training has gone down great! I’m getting a little bit old so it’s hard to keep up the pace of the young ones. But I still kick their ass on a daily basis. They know I’m still the boss!
I’m looking for it like crazy! There’s been a while since my last fight and I’m going nuts. I want to pound someone so hard! I miss the taste of blood.
CM: What is your opinion of Steel Penn – ICON as an organisation and what i cont... |

Q: Dear martial arts fans today I will pay a visit to Jack Shaw. The man also known as "Chainsaw" was born in London - England but currently resides in Las Vegas where he is making waves in GAMMA Contenders' light heavyweight division. He is sporting an impressive 13-4-1 record and is riding a four fight winning streak. Now Chainsaw first of all, congrats on winning your last fight, from what I saw it was a tough one for you.
Jack: Thanks, it was indeed a tough fight and a very close one at that. It was an important fight too, as it puts me closer to breaking through to the top of the division and maybe even a promotion to GAMMA. Now that I'm so close to the top of the mountain all I need to do is prove that I belong there by planting my flag Chainsaw style! Brum Brum Brum Brrrrrrrrrr!
Q: Well, you sure do know how to crank your chainsaw, haha. You're ranked pretty high in the division so a promotion to GAMMA may be closer cont... |

Q: Dear martial arts fans today I will pay a visit to a rising star in the welterweight division of the New York based organization GAMMA Kids NY. Sydney born prospect Frank Reilly has already accomplished quite a lot in this sport. He captured the GAMMA Butt-Stompers welterweight title last month and defended it successfully before moving on to a bigger stage, he left said organization undefeated which earned him one of the very first spots in their hall of fame. Now Frank, coming to GAMMA Kids NY you already built up quite a substantial amount of hype, you were under a lot of pressure and unfortunately you weren't able to live up to that reputation when you lost your promotional debut. Did the nerves get to you, was the pressure too high? What happened?
Frank: I was definitely under a lot of pressure, but that isn't really what happened. My opponent outworked me, plain and simple. The guy just kept coming at me, constantly put me under pressure and just never gave me the time to do anything really. That loss wasn't so much about me losing to the pressure but more about my opponent going all out and refusing to lose.
Q: You came back strong in your last fight when you knocked out well rounded Carlos Neutron. How do you feel about your current ranking in the division? Do you think another promotion to an even bigger stage may be in your future soon?
Frank: I feel like there are still some hurdles left to clear but if I just keep working I will get there, though I would love to get there sooner rather than later.
Q: Frank, thanks for doing this interview. Good luck with your next fight and I hope to see you again.
