So, here I am. 36 years old, 50 fights deep into a combat sports career spanning 18 years, two sports, 7 organizations, 25 title fights and 19 world titles. I just headlined one of the biggest PPV events of all time, and I've fought most of the top light heavies and middleweights of 3 generations.
One thing still eludes me, though. The #1 p4p spot and a place in the hall of fame. I have been ranked #2 in the world at several points in my life, but I've never been ranked #1. Even now, the spot is held up by noted massage therapist and recent draw-participant Roli Poli.

 The Man with the biggest arms in the world and who has freak hoes on every continent, Rick Piano, continues to add to his already massive resume of wins and championships! On 4/23/2021 he he ripped up Dick Doss' face with brutal elbows in the clinch, forcing the doctor to save his Doss' life, to win his first Championship Title in the world of Kickboxing!
This KT fight was Ricks first in nearly 14 yrs. The big guy didnt even have his first tattoo and couldnt even grow a beard yet at 19 yrs. His balls were still normal sized and he hadn't even felt the burning of steroids cocktails running through his veins. Beating Doss shot Rick up to the 3rd ranked heavyweight and 7th p4p and was a giant step closer to his goal of becoming #1 p4p in KT putting him on a very short list of fighters to have been #1 p4p in KT and MMA.
