Welcome one, welcome all, it's preview time for the 2nd Dynasty Card coming up this weekend. Taking place on the 16th of July at the LA Colosseum, it's a star studded card highlighted by a 205 title fight between two Dynasty Contenders alumni.
Main Card
155lbs - Oscar "Carver" Blaydes vs Huena "Makuna" Ajuricaba
The first fight of our main card sees us head to 155 territory with DMMA contender Oscar Blaydes welcoming newcomer Huena Ajuricaba to the org. DMMA faithful will find it hard to see past Blaydes, as some believe he is truly amongst some of the contenders capable of potentially trying to break the Jesse Pinkman stranglehold with his outstanding all-rounded game. However, Ajuricaba is not a slouch. Hailing most recently from SMASH, Ajuricaba won an impressive 5 out of 5 of his fights at his previous organisation before seeking new waters to swim in. Having never been finished and 5 KOs to his name, Ajuricaba could pose a bigger problem to Bl cont...

With no clearcut Heavyweight title contenders in sight, the Synchronicity rumor mill is stirring lately, and the latest buzz is hinting at the return of a 6-time Heavyweight champion, a mighty midget warrior from Kalix, Sweden, that goes by the name of Leif Lars--- I mean Leif Leifsson. Leif hasn't been seen in ages, over 2 years to be exact, but apparently he's been preparing for a comeback against the Heavyweight kingpin and two-time Fighter of the Year.
"The Viking" Leif Leifsson (30-12 MMA, 12-6 SYN) is probably best known for his bitter rivalry with the legendary GOAT Kilo "Bloodbath" Maluga (63-14-0 MMA, 50-10 SYN). Both fighters hold 3 wins over the other, but the last time these two collided, it was anti-climatic for both fighters and fans alike, as Kilo starched the midget in 14 seconds to defend the Heavyweight championship.
Kilo hit Leif so hard that the midget had to seriously contemplate retirement, and by the cont... |

In a stroke of coincidence, the recently concluded DMMA 214 had a total of five Finnish fighters on the card. This included Finns in the top four fights of the main card including the main event where Pate Mfer tried his best to dethrone champion Borowa Gora. Five fearsome Finns representing a proud nation that has always punched above its weight in MMATycoon.
Incredibly, all five Finns were unable to find a win. With the fight taking place in the northern hemisphere currently in Summer, the Finns were unable to cope with the recent news that the Earth had experienced a string of days that had warmest average temperature days all over.
There have been no comments yet from the Finnish camps on whether they would request fights only taking place in the hemispheres where it is currently winter. Awkwardly this currently rules out all three locations in the Tycoon universe with the largest stadiums, though there are a number of Sydney cards coming up in DMMA that may ena cont... |
