As your fine servants at Aggressive Damage put the final touches on the most critical Event in our org’s relatively illustrious history, the anticipation’s building like a kid with the latest Lego set. As the name alludes, this will be the lil’ guys first shot at the big show, at least here in Montreal, as the rabid Nation takes over the Belle Center with it’s 20k plus seating capacity. Befitting a card of such magnitude, we’ve called forth many of our most popular gladiators to pit their significant skills against one another, determining Titles, Title-shots and in the case of the undercard, who keeps climbing the ladder towards one.

Henkka Reem Defends the UPF-title, moves to 10-0-0 with all submission wins.
Q: Henkka you succesfully defended the title again against a fellow grappler and you dominated.
Give us your thoughts on the victory.
Henkka: I knew that he had only his grappling game and no standup-skills, so I decided to punch his

to train properly for this fight or how did you approach this fight ?
Henkka: Well, I didn't have much time to train for this fight, I just did a few sparring sessions and worked on physique.
Q: What's next for you ? I see your success has brought a few sponsors and hype.
Henkka: It has cont... |

Question #1: It took you a while to get your career started. Just 14 fights so far. Why did you wait so long before you got into the cage?
-I never was very athletically gifted when I was younger. I had wrestled in High School, but never thought I could make a career out of that sort of thing. After getting out of school, I took a few odd jobs here and there, but never considered mma as a career until I ran into an old friend, Van Kelly, and he got me into Jui-Jitsu and Boxing. A few months into training and everyone was telling me I could have a future in fighting, but I'm not really a very violent guy... (He laughs) Believe it or not, but I've never actually been in a fight outside of a cage before.
Anyways, by luck I met Mr. Wolfwood in Hilo and he began to sponsor my training. I took a fight here or there to make a living, and continued to train hard full time for years. It was only because of Mr. Wolfwoods urging that I started taking fighting m cont... |
