Hello folks Merlin here bringing you another preview for another great Fallen Champions event. We will see our first 170lb Champion crowned plus 9 other great contest on tap in this one. So lets get started.....

205lb-Leo "CBK" Rodrigues(1-3)(0-1) vs "Chicago Cub" Matt Bermudez(1-4)(0-1)-Bermudez by (t)KO 1st Rd

265lb-Sheamus "Neyolar" Belfort(1-2)(0-1) vs Mikka "Killa" Kinnunen(1-3)(1-2)-Killa by (t)KO 1st Rd

265lb-Damien Koch(2-1)(1-0) vs How "The Vulgar Magician" An(2-0)(2-0)-An by (t)KO 1st Rd

205lb-#7.Tim "Larix" Askarian(3-2)(1-0) vs #8."The Wrecking Ball" Muahi Ohlagando(2-1)(0-1)-Larix by UD

185lb-#7."Rampage"Quinton Jackson(3-0)(1-0) vs "The Gardener" Huard Slavokavich(2-1)(2-0)-Rampage by UD

265lb+-#6.Bors "The Elder" Ban(4-1)(1-0) vs #8.Mike "Crusher" Born(4-3)(2-0)-We have the Mauy Thai wrecking machine Ban and the grappling ace Born in this one. Bors Ban is known as a finisher, and he'll be looking to use his clinch work with dangerous knees and wonderful elbows to stop his opponent. And across from him stands Mike Born who brings in KO power in both hands and a brown belt. A win in this one will send one of these fighters to the top of the division. I see Mike Born putting Ban on his back and forcing him to tap out in the first rd.

170lbs-#4.Bill "Boom Boy" Penn(3-1)(0-0) vs #9.Jonathon "The Cat Smasher" Vermont(4-0)(0-0)-Both of these fighters are making their Fallen Champions debut coming over from the QFC scene. Both guys like to use thier grappling to submit their opponents. Bill may want to use his solid chin and reach advantage to keep the fight standing as Vermont has a higher level of BJJ game. I see this one going back and forth and The Cat Smasher winning by decision.

145lb-#7."The Finnisher" Caius Lehtonen(6-2)(1-1) vs #9.Mjr "Blink" Ruiz(4-0)(0-0)-Caius wants to get himself back into the title picture and a win over the undefeated and highly recruited QFC veteran Ruiz would help that cause. Mjr will be looking to keep the hype machince going using his competent striking and brown belt, and its no secret that he doesn't have a lack of confidence. Caius has a slight advantage in the wrestling area, so he may look to get top position and punish Blink alittle bit to soften him up. I see this one going to decision, and Ruiz getting the nod from the judges.

170lb-#5.Chris "Happy" Madison(3-1)(1-0) vs #6."Baldy" Martin Bhurdon(4-1)(0-0)-This match up could produce the next contender for the championship. Madison has powerful takedowns to go along with his high level purple belt, but he likes to take his opponent down and work his vicious ground n pound. Baldy on the other hand will be looking to use his remarkable boxing and proficient Mauy Thai to end Happy's night early like he has done in 3 of his 4 wins. I like Madison is going to be able to land a big takedown, and as Martin has showed in his one loss he is in trouble on his back with a top level grappler.

170lb Championship-#1.Severino "Bombita" Bernardo(3-2)(3-0) vs #3.Kid Kong(4-1)(2-0)-Both fighters are undefeated in Fallen Champions, one fighter will leave the first ever 170lb Champion, and one fighter with leave with a loss. There is ten fights between these two and none of them have been a decision, these two are finishers! Both guys have superb wrestling, but Kong has a little bit of an advantage in Bjj. Bernardo has fought and beat fighters that were suppose to outclass him on the ground before, and he'll be looking to do that again. I'm really have a tough time picking a winner on this one, but I do think that it will go to the judges. I mean really either guy could win this one, so its going to come down to who had the better training camp, Bernardo spent his at Dark Violence Systems, working with the likes of David King and Robert E Conan. And Kong spent his camp at Steel Penn Training Temple. I'm am very exciting to watch this one folks, don't miss it!
