 TTFC Wednesday Night Fights 14 ( 768931 )

TTFC Wednesday Night Fights 14 promises to deliver with an intriguing co-main event that pits Chris Webster against Cain Colbert in a heavyweight match up. Even more exciting is the main event title fight in the lightweight division between Giorgio Valentino and Pete Doherty.

Main Event (Lightweight Title)

“Senor Sexy” Giorgio Valentino (16-4-1) Vs. Pete Doherty (36-11-1)

What an evenly matched title fight we have here. “Senor Sexy” is attempting to defend his lightweight title for the second time. Pete Doherty is 10 years his senior but no stranger to the limelight one bit, fighting for the lightweight title a total of 20 times previously, making this his 21st title fight. He is also the member of the Synchronicity Hall of Fame. But all the accolades in the world don't matter when you step into the cage. He has lost 2 of his last four fights and is now struggling to let the world know that his fight career is not over. The champ is on a meteoric rise and doesn't plan on stopping it now. His youth can be an advantage here if he can stay a step ahead of the challenger and push the pace. I don't think this will go to final bell.

Prediction: “Senor Sexy” Giorgio Valentino via TKO

Co-Main Event

Chris Webster (27-12-1) Vs. Cain Colbert (28-16-0)

The co-main event features two formidable Heavyweights. Colbert has a slight advantage in boxing and wrestling and Webster holds a distinct advantage in BJJ, although he rarely seems to use BJJ abilities in the cage. Colbert will be looking to come back from his recent loss. Both fighters have extensive records and will be looking to use their experience as an advantage against their opponent. I have a feeling this one might be over pretty quick via ground and pound.

Prediction: Cain Colbert via TKO

Undercard

Dylan Carson Vs. Nebojsa Mihattovic

Prediction: Mihattovic via Decision

Donald Leads Vs. Buck Nasty

Prediction: Leads via KO

Ryan Gracie Vs. Frank Pembelton

Prediction: Gracie via TKO

Alvin Joiner Vs. Russell Jacobs

Prediction: Joiner via Decision

Lyle Kikyerass Vs. Boubakar JurJok

Prediction: JurJok via Submission

Santeri Sikaniska Vs. Lord Vader

Prediction: Sikaniska via Decision
