TTFC McGuire Vs. Cullen ( 770818 )

Event Preview: TTFC McGuire Vs Cullen PPV 6
Team Thomas Fight Club
2013-06-22, New York, Empire Indoor Arena
Author:Eric Berry

TTFC's 6th PPV comes to you this Saturday, June 22 at New York's Empire Indoor Arena and sponsored by Buried Alive Fight Gear, the best fight gear in Las Vegas. Featuring three amazing title fights in the welterweight, middleweight and heavyweight divisions, followed by a super fight of epic proportions as two super heavy weights, “Big” Ralph McGuire and Kaely Cullen, meet for the first time.

Main Event (Superfight)

“Big” Ralph McGuire (29-10-0) Vs. Kaely Cullen (28-8-1)

This superfight is what superfights were created for, two near 300 lb beasts collide. Skill wise both fighters are very evenly matched although physically McGuire has a nearly 1 foot height advantage as well as coming into the fight 10 pounds heavier. McGuire's height and weight advantage won't be a factor if Cullen can be successful with his jiu-jitsu black belt against McGuire's equally impressive black belt. Cullen has showed some success there in the past though, winning 12 of his 28 fights by way of submission. “Big” Ralph hasn't lost in the TTFC since July 7th, 2012, however his last fight was a 1st round knockout loss. This is Cullen's 1st fight with TTFC and he is coming off of a 2 fight win streak leading to a title in his previous organization.

Prediction: Kaely Cullen via Submission

Heavyweight Title

Lester “The Molester” Cockenschtuff [C] (18-8-1) Vs. “The Destroyer” Kaerney McGarrity (19-8-0)

The heavyweight title match is another well matched fight. Both fighters lack any holes for their opponents. The champion comes into this fight with a 5 fight win streak and is looking to continue it against “The Destroyer” who has a 3 fight win streak under his belt. McGarrity has yet to lose a fight in the TTFC and will solidify his stardom with a title win in this one. With the heavyweight title o the line I expect both fighters to put it all out there. I doubt this one will go to the ground too much.

Prediction: Lester Cockenschtuff via TKO

Middleweight Title

Klein “Kleinomyte” East [C](38-20-1) Vs. Van “The Man” Damme (20-6-0)

Klein East will be fighting in his 60th MMA fight as he takes on Van Damme for his title. “Kleinomyte” has obvious skill advantages over Van Damme as well as proven ability to survive a decision His obvious experience abundance also adds another dynamic to what would seem like a clear advantage for the champ. Never count out Van “The Man” Damme though. The younger Damme has been a tear recently picking up 6 straight wins, 5 of which by ko. This one has upset written all over it.

Prediction: Van Damme via TKO

Welterweight Title

“President of the Universe” Brian Maddox (36-17-0) Vs. “El Muro de Escudo” Esteban Delgado (16-6-0)

For the welterweight title match, I think the story will be the superior BJJ of Brian Maddox. If he can take Degado down and get him tired and loosened up for the submission, it could be over quickly. That doesn't mean this one might not go to a decision, both fighters have won the majority of their fights by decision. In fact 13 of Delgado's wins have been decision victories.

Prediction: Brian Maddox via Submission

Undercard

Brock Samson Vs. Levi King

Prediction: King via Submission

Andreas Ottosson Vs. Vadim Lavrov

Prediction: Lavrov via TKO

Tyrone Tornado CPW Vs. Tyrell Summers

Prediction: Summers via Submission

Rico Dominguez Vs. Broyeur deRobinet

Prediction: Dominguez via TKO

Erkki Elastinen Vs. Raimo Pukki

Prediction: Elastinen via Submission

Jack Madison Vs. Leslie Harp

Prediction: Harp via Decision
