JS: Hello and welcome to Tycoon Times: One on One edition. My name is John Smith and once again, I will be talking with "Lights Out" Jameson Thunder. Thank you for taking the time out of your training to do this.
JT: No worries Josh, there is still time to hop on the bandwagon, but you better have quick feet, 'cause it's picking up speed.
JS: Let's talk about your MMA debut against Relly Grandy, which was awarded Fight of the Night. 3rd round victory by way of TKO. How did you feel about your first professional bout?
JT: I told you I'd knock him out and that is exactly what I did. This isn't exactly rocket science here. There isn't a formula, no method to my madness. I hit you. You go down.
JS: Grandy is primarily a Muay Thai striker - however, during this fight, he repeatedly tried to take the fight to the ground. Is this a testament to your striking ability or do you think he felt like he had the advtange on the ground?
JT: No one in their right mind is gonna stand and trade with me. It's suicidal and I'll tell you why. My hands are heavy, my feet are light, my strikes are quick and my will is slow to quit.
JS: You already have another fight booked. What are your thoughts on your next opponent, former Middleweight Champion, Plucking Bows.
JT: Bows is nothing more than a victim. I will guarante you this. I will walk across that cage and smack Bows across his ugly face. Losing this fight is the least of his worries. I pray to god that he has a great personality, 'cause after this fight, dates will be hard to come by. He will be cut up, bloodied up, and not even his own momma will recognize him.
JS: You stated that no one will strike with you. Bows has three TKO wins and has a boxing base. Do you think he will strike with you?
JT: If you could assure me that this guy had more than a six pack of brain cells, I'd say there's not a chance in hell. Truth is, judging by the looks of him, he looks like he has a learning disability and no, I won't feel an ounce of guilt when I smash his face in.
JS: How is your trai----
JT: (interrupting) Listen up. First off, I'd like to mention my sponsors, Divinity 160Q and DTK Designs. Second off, there is not much else to say. On August 31st at the Underground arena in Las Vegas, I will square off against Plucking Bows and I will slam my fists into my face for 15 minutes or until he gives up. Third, it ain't always easy whoopin' ass and collectin' cash. If it was, everybody would do it. With that in mind, when you're good, you're good. When you're great, you're great. But when you're the best... you're Jameson Thunder, ladies and gentlemen. Lights Out.
JS: Well, there you have it. "Lights Out" Jameson Thunder.
