Tokyo United Fightwear presents LFNC 182 - Troyd v Dredd

-<(PRELIMINARY FIGHTS)>-

Ethan Mix def Ash Williams in Round 2 by TKO (Strikes) - ($1000 TKO bonus paid directly to winner) Williams tried desperately to take the fight to the ground and was able to on 2 occasions but was unable to capitalise. That took a lot of the wind out of his sails as Mix was able to earn the TKO victory.

JD Hopkins def Joe Renald in Round 3 by KO (Strikes) - ($1000 KO bonus paid directly to winner) Excellent ground fight as Hopkins took Renald down and picked his shots carefully as he was able to wear him down with strikes. Brutal KO victory.

Stephen Griffiths def Lex Yayram in Round 3 by Submission (Arm Triangle) - ($1000 Sub bonus paid directly to winner) Griffiths was able to keep his undefeated streak alive in another epic ground battle against Yayram.

Marko Gracie def Travis Lucas in Round 1 by Submission (Strikes) - ($1000 Sub bonus paid directly to winner) Gracie was able to snap an incredible losing streak by taking out veteran Lucas with only 1 second away from the bell. Could Lucas have turned it around? We will never know.

Fabio Del Mar def Cice Salace in Round 2 by TKO (Strikes) - (Tokyo United Fightwear $5000 Fight of the Night) ($1000 TKO bonus paid directly to winner) Salace was able to dominate the first round with his submission attempts but at the start of round 2 it looked like the attempts took its toll. Del Mar was able to come back and land a head kick which stunned Salace and ultimately finished the fight with strikes.

-<(MAIN CARD)>-

Travis Reed def Eric Cartman in Round 2 by TKO (Strikes) - ($1000 TKO bonus paid directly to winner) In a battle of the Heavyweights, Reed was able to wear down former contender Cartman and in the end an massive uppercut ended Cartman's night.

Grant Norris def Nicky Fernandez in Round 2 by KO (Punches) - (Tokyo United Fightwear $5000 KO of the Night) In an awesome standup battle, Fernandez clearly took the first round but Norris remained calm and was able to come back in the second round to earn the spectacular KO victory and $5000 to go with it.

August Beach def Madison Grant in Round 1 by TKO (Cut) - ($1000 TKO bonus paid directly to winner) Beach was able to open Grant up early with a nice punch and smelled blood as he quickly took advantage. In the end the ref had no choice but to stop the fight as the cut kept getting worse.

Katt Mamma def Dexter Morgan in Round 1 by Submission (Guillotine) - (Tokyo United Fightwear $5000 Sub of the Night) ($5000 Fastest Finish) Katt Mamma only needed 25 seconds to earn himself a nice $10k with 2 bonuses. Not bad for 25 seconds!

Ted Troyd def Jackson Dredd in Round 1 by TKO (Strikes) - ($1000 TKO bonus paid directly to winner) Troyd was able to earn himself his 8th consecutive victory by taking out Dredd in the first round. You would think that a title shot would be coming up!
