Sorry for the late delivery but I have had a few things going on in my personal life these last two weeks. This should be the last late delivery since I am dropping some of my work load as it pertains to writing for Tycoon orgs. Lucky for you Dan Monk has ensured that I will be a part of HFC for a long time to come. Since we are on short time lets jump into things.

Preliminary Bout Number 1- Light Heavyweight Fight (205lbs)

Derec "The Smile" Negreanu defeats "Spiderman" Peter Season

Oh wow Derec put on a school yard bully style beat down on Peter Season. The whole fight lasted less than two and half minutes and Season’s was not just wearing a crimson mask but he also was knocked down four times including the final time when the fight had to be stopped. Season landed nothing to Derec Negranu’s fifth teen punches and three combos to go on top of that. At 2:25 of the first round Derec Negranu was declared the winner by knockout do to a punch.

Preliminary Bout Number 2- Lightweight Fight (155lbs)

Marek Contofalsky defeats Oscralo "Granalo" De Santiuya

I knew De Santiuya could lose this fight but I thought no matter what it was going to a decision. I was way off on that as Contofalsky just out classed him. De Santiuya could not get through the defenses of Contofalsky while Marek was landing at just over fifty percent. After getting cut and knocked the referee had to stop the fight at 4:21 of the first round do to TKO via strikes for the winner Marek Contofalsky.

Preliminary Bout Number 3- Lightweight Fight (155lbs)

Darek "The Polish Prodigy" Walczak defeats Junior "PittBull" Flores

I was surprised by Walczak’s chin and defense in this fight. In the first round he proved that sometimes a good defense is a strong offense and he took it strait to Flores. He even tied up a clinch and dominated from that position for a while and clearly won the first round. Flores battled back in the second round knocking Walczak down and he had him with wobbly legs for a good amount of the round. Flores tied up the fight with his dominance in the second round. Flores came out guns a blazen in the third round looking for a finish but Walczak showed his intelligence by not allowing it to turn into a slugfest as he sat back and countered for most of the round. He was able to systematically break down Flores in that last round. A clear cut round for Walczak and he wins the fight by decision. The judges completely agreed with me as all three of them scored the fight 29-28 for Darek The Polish Prodigy Walczak.

Preliminary Bout Number 4- Middleweight Fight (185lbs)

Homer Jaysimpson defeats Dmitry Belov

Well am I getting bad at my job or what. This marks the third fight in a row that I was incorrect on my prediction. I figured Belov would finish this fight and instead he left it up to the judges to decide the fate of this fight. Then again he didn’t even try to win the fight on the judges’ score cards at all. All I can really say about the fight is that it was fifth teen minutes of Jaysimpson not finishing the fight. I say that since Belov attempted one knee and one takedown in the entire fight. All three judges scored the fight 30-27 as they should have. In all honestly I might have scored the damn thing 30-25 for the winner by unanimous decision Homer Jaysimpson.

Preliminary Bout Number 5- Welterweight Fight (170lbs)

"The Impaler" Vladimir Ignatov defeats "Cold Storm" Markus Vinicius

I got one right yes! This fight actually brought me up to two and three for the preliminary fights so not good but not completely terrible. The Impaler showed off his amazing striking skills and he is quickly becoming one of my favorite welterweights. He stuffed six takedowns on top of landing a lot more strikes than Vinicius. Towards the end of the first round The Impaler pushed Vinicius up against the cage and from there he was able to land a fury of strikes that caused the TKO stoppage at 4:56 of the first round.

Main Card Bout Number 1- Light Heavyweight Fight (205lbs)

Khru "Big Buddah" Maokhamphiou defeats Al "KO" Hallick

I called head kick, I am just a little surprised by who landed the head kick. Khru just strait up dominated this fight from the opening bell and Hallick was only landed one strike in the entire fight. Khru crushed Al in the clinch cutting him and knocking him to the mat. Upon Al’s arrival back to standing up he was greated by a head kick that knocked him out. The fight was officially stopped at 2:20 of the first round with your winner Khru Maokhamphiou via knockout from a head kick.

Main Card Bout Number 2- Middleweight Title Fight (185lbs)

Donovan "Ronin" Robertson defeats "The Wasp" Wayde West

That’s it I need a day job. Since I have now incorrectly picked the first two fights of this card I can finish at best at fifty percent. I will need to go three for three in the last three fights to finish out this review with some dignity. On to the fight at hand, in there last fight West dominated Robertson winning in the first round by TKO. In that first fight he was able to keep the fight standing but it was a far different story in this one. West was taken to the ground and swarmed with submission attempt. Robertson was able to lock in a kimura at 1:47 of the first round as he becomes the new Honor Fighting Championship Middleweight Champion. These two are now one and one with both fights ending in the first round, I smell trilogy.

Main Card Bout Number 3- Featherweight Fight (135lbs)

bj "Boogieman" Ferguson defeats Takeshi Watanabe

Guys seriously I don’t even know what to say anymore. This looked like a clear case that Watanabe was going to destroy his opposition. It seemed as he went very heavy with combos in his game plan and the crafty veteran was able to score take downs by timing out Watanabe. In the first round Ferguson edged out the stand up in my eyes while scoring two take downs, attempting two or three submissions, landing a ton of ground and pound, and he almost finished the fight but Watanabe was saved by the bell. In the second round Ferguson locked up a clinch early to counter all the combos coming at him, and then he took Watanabe to the ground once more. He was able to pretty much take a long breather with landing just enough strikes to not get stood up and that lasted until the bell. To open the third round Ferguson scored another big take down and then just put the leather to the face for the next minute and a half or so. The referee had to jump in and stop the fight at 1:35 of the third round declaring the winner by TKO do to strikes bj Ferguson.

Co Main Event Main Card Bout Number 4- Featherweight Fight (145lbs)

Roy "The Wardog" Pitbull defeats "Pretty Pete" Peter Parker

Well this hasn’t happened in a while I got one right, taking me to three and six on the night. Not only did I get the fight right but I also got the round and manner correct as well. The first round did confuse me as Pitbull scored two take downs but he really didn’t make the most of them. The standup was even which was a bigger shock to me than Pitbull taking the fight to the ground. I scored the first round for Pitbull but it would seem most people had Parker up on their cards. The second round got stranger as Pitbull scored more takedowns and even attempted a submission. The fight was brought back to the feat where he got to see both fighters work from the clinch. I though Parker was going to be able to steel this round when Pitbull delivered a huge counter punch and then swarmed a dazed Parker to get the TKO stoppage at 4:28 of round number two.

Main Event Main Card Bout Number 5- Middleweight Fight (185lbs)

"The Bay Harbour Butcher" Dexter Morgan defeats Mohamed al Hadj

Alright I get to finish up at four and six with the big win here. I got the round correct but not the method with the fight going to the judges’ score cards. The first round was dominated by Morgan as he was scoring takedowns and looking to finish from the ground. I gave Morgan the win in round two as well since he was able to score some takedowns and he really dominated the ground throwing strikes and controlling the dominate position. Round three was much of the same except once Morgan put Hadj on his back Hadj started to look for a finish. He was unsuccessful with his two submission attempts and he was out wrestled once again. The judges and I agree on this fight to a perfect tee as all of us scored the fight 30-27 for the winner via unanimous decision Dexter Morgan.

Great card once again and are ratings are climbing higher and higher. The HFC continues to sell out arenas and it could be time to start working some new bigger venues. If you guys continue to put on performances the same way you have been then light will keep shinning bright. I would like to point out that HFC has cracked the top forty in the world and he are gunning for top thirty real soon.
