GAMMA: Interview for Jt Colossus

Global Association of MMA, Fight Organization, London
Company profile by Mentor Guru Corleone

Hello Jt! Great to have you in the studio for a few questions about your career.

Question #1 39 wins, 29 have come via KO/TKO. Which KO was the most satisfactory during your time in GAMMA?

JT: So many good wins... SO many losses! Ha. I know this is corny but every win I get lately is my favorite.. I'm almost 40 and still knocking out blokes.

But let me put it in perspective; with GAMMA I have fought a total of 27 fights. I've headlined 8 cards. People love to see the Colossus fight and they know that one of two things is going to happen... 1) Colossus is going to knock someone out in vicious fashion or 2) The Colossus will get knocked out in a very violent way. But there's no finesse, it's swing for the fences and see who's left standing.

Question #2 You have had 27 fights in GAMMA already and have went up against some of the biggest names such as Simon Williams, Fidel Duberry, Yuri Rook, Arvydas Sabonis, Mark Makers, Kenichi Shirahama among others, but which win would you say was the biggest in your career with us?

JT: Kenichi Shirahama was probably my biggest at the time. We've fought each other for about 7 rounds total... I knocked him out once, he knocked me out once. I owe that man another KO!

Question #3 You was on a 2 fight winning streak before you lost to veteran Evander Holyshit in your last fight, what went wrong in that fight?

JT: Well, the gameplan wasn't the best... see, my manager, Boondock, is a real piece of work. I don't want to get into specifics but I definitely believe it was a fight I should have fought differently and won.

Question #4 In your upcoming fight you will be up against another GAMMA veteran in Jesse Venturia, what do you think your chances are in this fight?

JT: Let's put it this way: Venturia has 30 KO's, I have 29. Venturia has BEEN KO'd 22 times, I've been KO'd 21 times.

SOMEONE is getting knocked out. I think we'll go in there like banshees and hit each other in the face until one of us has our lights turned out.
What better way to celebrate my 40th birthday!

Question   #5 You just signed a new deal for 3 more fights, but at 39y of age, would you say that your career could be coming to an end?

JT: Hell no! You watch, In those three fights, I will prove that the Colossus puts on shows and wins matches. I plan to fight until I'm past 40. GAMMA has been amazing to me and we've both profited quite nicely. Love the promoters and wouldn't leave for anything.
