The fight was performed on 5-30-2015 as co main event of Imperial 32. Wasn’t a title fight but Okkuke Jiizu Okunaba (13-3-0) had ever tasted the belt of welterweight champion once while his opponent, Temudjin Khaan (7-2-0) never fought for it. It was scheduled for 3 rounds and 5 minutes for each. Okunaba has advantage for ground fight while Khaan on stand up.

Khan was the one who scored when he landed his kick to the thigh. Then they fought in clinches. Okunaba failed with his 1st and 2nd takedown attempt while inside but he managed his 3rd. Okunaba failed all his sub attempt wit kimura, guillotine, and triangle. They did ground fight for about 3.5 minutes until bell stopped them.

In 2nd round Okunaba’s  1st attempt succeed to take Khaan down but he failed to submit Khaan. They struggled for better position and control until referee ordered to stand up before 3 minutes on clock. They did stand up fight and exchanged punches and kicks which loved by the crowd. Okunaba shot takedown after 4 minutes on clock but couldn’t do much until the end of the round.

Entering 3rd round, Khaan being more aggressive and scored points with his punches and kicks. Okunaba failed to takedown and brought into stand up fight. After 2 minutes of the round, Okunaba received an unexpected high kick on his neck that sent him on the mat. Khan followed him and punished with some strikes before the ref came to stop him.
