Jay: Hey there ghosts and ghouls and all you little monsters out there, HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! Jay here, with my pops, Ray. And this is another Bill and Ted's Exce... I mean Ray and Jay's Excellent MMA Adventures. And, as per our new custom we will be previewing, along with our predictions, UPF's Halloween event, UPF 23: Batman Vs. Thumper. It takes place in Hayashi's Lounge in Hilo. Should be a sold out show! We've got a title fight, #1 contenders match up, and 8 other exciting fights.

Ray: Hey everyone, Ray here. And before I get started I just want to say Jay, that that is a great costume, you look good as a washed up ex-MMA fighter.

Jay: Well I thought you were the washed up former MMA fighter. (Laughs) But, my costume is Khal Drogo from Game Of Thrones. What are you supposed to be? My bitch?

Ray: What you can't tell? With this toupee, I thought everyone would know that I'm President Donald Trump. (Laughs) Yeah, like that will ever happen. (Continues Laughing)

Jay: (Laughs) So, you are my bitch then! Anyways we should probably get into the fights. Why don't you start 'em off, pops?

Ray: Alright, we start the night off with a banthamweight match up between Pitt Steel and Roni Sabian. I think this fight is going to be a close one. Steel will be trying to take it to the mat while Sabian will be trying to keep it standing. If Sabian can keep the entire fight standing he could probably pull off a victory. But, unfortunately for Sabian, he won't be able to do much against Steel's takedowns. However, I don't think Steel has the power to score a KO. Steel by decision.

Jay: Well, I personally don't think it will be as close as you say. Both these fighters are making their UPF debut and I think it will also be a decision for Steel. But, I feel he will dominate the entire fight, on the ground.

Predictions

Ray: Steel by decision

Jay: Steel by Unanimous Decision

Jay: That brings us to fight number two. Also on the undercard, we jump up a division to featherweight for this one. "The Lethal Weapon" Darko Vader will face William McDougal for three, five minute rounds. Except, McDougal will not last three five minute rounds. He won't even last one. Darko has a record of 5-1-1 with a UPF record of 1-0-1 and William has an overall and UPF record of 0-5. But, with that said if McDougal can pull of a miracle if he can land the takedown. Problem is Vader's wrestling skills rival those of McDougal and I don't see him getting the takedown. "The Lethal Weapon" by KO early in the first.

Ray: When I first looked at this fight. I thought to myself 'These guys don't even belong in the same cage together.' Everything seems to point to Vader cruising to an easy victory. I'm telling you, I really like this McDougal kid. And under Paul Stewart's guidance, I think this is the time that McDougal is going to break out. So here is my upset of the week. McDougal by KO round 1.

Predictions

Jay: Vader by KO at 1:28 of round 1.

Ray: McDougal by KO at 3:13 of round 1.

Jay: Didn't you say that about him last time he fought? I guess you can't break old habits. (Laughs)

Ray: Yeah, but he's gonna win this time. Ok next up we have a heavyweight fight, David Cain and Ray Dinkledorff will go toe to toe. Cain is a rising star, he is a very talented youngster who could very well be challenging the champ in the not too distant future. Dinkledorff bounced back his last fight with a beautiful KO win after 5 disappointing loses. But, I don't think he has got the talent to match up against Cain. Cain by KO round 2.

Jay: Cain vs Dinkledorff. This will not end well for Ray. Not you pops. David just out classes Ray in every way possible. David Cain will defeat Ray Dinkledorff by way of TKO (Strikes) in the very first minute of the fight.

Predictions

Ray: Cain by KO at 4:38 of round 2.

Jay: Cain by TKO at 0:38 or round 1.

Jay: Jack "Kid" White and Vic "Too Sexy" Cooper will finish off the undercard in the middleweight division. When Cooper signed to the UPF he looked very promising. He had a record of 0-2 but had the skill to triumph in the UPF. His first two fights went as expected and he won. But, then he failed to live up to expectations and lost his next three battles. He is now trying to redeem himself in the eyes of the fans. Now his opponent, Jack, also came into UPF looking promising with a 1-0 record. Jack has managed to extend that to 3-0 in the UPF. Both these guys face their toughest opponent to date. Tough fight to call, but I am leaning toward White on this one. I don't think Vic can pull himself out of his rut. White by KO in round 3.

Ray: Cooper's nickname is Too Sexy. I love it! I love it! I love it! Enough said! Cooper by decision.

Predictions

Jay: White by KO at 1:57 of round 3.

Ray: Cooper by Decision

Ray: Ok so, we start off the main card in the super-heavyweight division, James "Last King of Scotland" McKenna goes up against the undefeated Maroun Caboul. This fight will undoubtedly be fought on the ground. Both of these guys have awesome submission skills. McKenna has the edge in jui Jitsu while Caboul has the edge in wrestling. I predict at least 50 submission attempts in total. The question will be: who taps first? I'm going to give the advantage to McKenna because of his edge in jui jitsu. McKenna by sub in round 2.

Jay: Well I can answer that question for you pops. McKenna taps first. But, there will NOT be 50 attempts. Caboul will surprise everyone and make McKenna tap on the first or second attempt!

Predictions

Ray: McKenna by Submission at 2:00 of round 2.

Jay: Caboul by Submission at 0:21 of round 1.

Jay: Next up, Jake Blade takes on the dangerous Eddie Lacy in the light-heavyweight division. Eddie Lacy, formerly Antero Palo, changed his name after signing to new management and is ready to really kick off his career. Blade is really going to have his hands full with Lacy. Lacy May decide to stand and bang even though he has Blade way outclassed in Jiu Jitsu and wrestling. But I'd have to say that Eddie also holds a slight edge in the stand up game. Hardest part to call on this fight is how Lacy will win. Lacy by TKO.

Ray: What did you do? Smoke a blunt without me? Are you hallucinating or what? The reason Lacy is under new management is because his last manager realized it takes more than basic skill to win a fight. Granted, Lacy is a skilled fighter. But he doesn't have the "x-factor" that true winners have. Blade is a proven winner. And, he will prove it again on Saturday. Blade by KO in round 3.

Predictions

Jay: Lacy by TKO at 1:37 or round 1.

Ray: Blade by KO at 1:35 of round 3.

Ray: Next up we have a bantamweight fight between "The Treasure Hunter" Henry Thiago and Malik Billings. Billings looks like the obvious choice. But, thinks are not always as they seem, Thiago has phenomenal submission skills and has proven himself a winner. Billings holds the edge in both stand up and ground and I think he is going to attempt to keep this one standing, this prove to be a fatal mistake for Billings, he has no takedown defense. Thiago will take him down early, he will have the dominate position on the ground and will force the undefeated black belt to tap out. Thiago by submission in round 1.

Jay: You know pops, most of the time your predictions are like a crackhead fumbling around in the dark looking for his stash but forgot that he already smoked it! But, you might have just about called this one. I agree. But, I think the tap will happen in the second.

Predictions

Ray: Thiago by Submission at 1:41 of round 1.

Jay: Thiago by Submission at 2:13 of round 2.

Ray: Crackhead, did you really just call me a crackhead? (Reaches over and slaps the back of Jay's head and chuckles)

Jay: Hey, if the shoe fits. (Laughs lightly) The final main card fight sees Zebaztian "Viking " Nord try to continue rising in the heavyweight rankings as he faces Lester Hudson. Both of these guys are great fighters who prefer the standing battles over going to the mat. Nord holds a slight edge in boxing and wrestling while Hudson has the Muay Thai locked up. This is another close one to call. I think I'm going with Nord on this one. I just like the guy. Not to mention his power. Nord by KO in round 1.

Ray: Nord has a punch that very few fighters can stand up to. Hudson's a good fighter, very good. But, I'm not sure he has got the chin to stand with Nord.

Predictions

Jay: Nord by KO at 0:14 of round 1.

Ray: Nord by KO at 0:29 of round 1.

Ray: Ok our first main event is a top contender match up to see who will take on the champion of the bantamweight division. Sum Ting Wong matches up against Ali "Happy" Grigsby. I think this fight is going to be a close one. This should be a stand up battle, Ali will probably try to keep this fight on the outside even though he has some real skills in the clinch. Wong is a clinch specialist and will be trying to tie up Ali every chance he gets. Ali's got some clinch skills but they don't match up against Wong. Looks for Wong to take it into the clinch and beat Ali to death. Wong by KO round 3.

Jay: First off, Ali is washed up. I'm not sure how he ever managed to achieve the win to take the belt in the first place. Wong is, simply put, just a better fighter. But, with that said, Ali's only chance, and it's a small one at that, is if he can stay out of the clinch and score a KO. Ali does have that kind of power. Even though I believe Wong is the better fighter, I gotta go with the former champ anyways. Ali's power will surprise Wong with a quick first minute, first round KO.

Predictions

Ray: Wong by KO at 2:54 of round 3.

Jay: Ali by KO at 0:22 of round 1.

Jay: And now for the main event of Halloween night, the fight you've been waiting for all this time. As the undefeated undisputed welterweight champion of the world, Bruce "Batman" Wayne will put the gold up for grabs against the heavy handed Hammer "Thumper" Hands. Having seen success early in his career, then feeling the effects of failure in the cage, Hands is back on the winning track. He will be looking to prove to himself and his fans that from February 22nd until August 26th and those 6 loses were just a fluke. A long bad day, if I may. But, standing in his way is a man that needs no introduction. He has never seen defeat in his MMA career. With 6 KO's, 2 subs, and a decision victory it is safe to say that Batman can handle himself wherever the fight takes place. Bad news for Hands. I think Hands is a great fighter worthy of a championship. But, I just don't think he is going to be able to take it from the champ. Bruce Wayne by KO ("Bat-man punch") round 1.

Ray: The challenger has really turned things around since joining the UPF. His last two victories have been very impressive. Now you know me Jay, I love an underdog. And I would really love to choose Hammer Hands in this fight. But, no matter how I try to justify it, I can't find a reason to go against the champ. Batman by KO round 2.

Predictions

Jay: Wayne by KO (Bat-man punch) at 2:35 of round 1.

Ray: Wayne by KO at 1:27 of round 2.

Ray: So that's it another night of great fights coming your way. Before I go, I wanted to let everyone know that the beat Ray or Jay contest has been extend one week and will conclude on UPF 24: Clegane Vs. Morais. Now for the grand finale of the contest, in the final week the winner will receive $100,000 and the runner up will receive $25,000. That sounds like an easy $100,000 to me, all you gotta do beat Jay, everyone knows that he doesn't know what he is talking about.

Jay: Or you could just beat Ray, who doesn't know his own ass from a hole in the wall. (Laughs) Just kidding pops. But, really guys it's an easy $100,000 just pick Ray or Jay then put who you think will win each fight, along with how they will win and what time of what round. Easy money.
