MAIN CARD

SUPER HEAVYWEIGHT: James Bomb (77-34-7) vs Adelbert Gainsborough (15-11)

Where does one start with James “Bombman” Bomb? Bomb is an absolute legend of the sport. With 77 professional MMA wins in his career, including a whopping 63 by TKO, James Bomb is always a threat on the feet. The legend appears to be on a rapid decline dropping 4 of his last 5 fights by knockout. After a tough end to his time in the Evolution promotion, Adelbert Gainsborough is now debuting in the LEGACY! promotion.

Gainsborough needs to get started early on after losing 4 straight fights in Evolution, en route to being shown the door. With neither fighter having a win by submission in his career, this fight should take place on the feet and end in dramatic fashion. Both fighters have several wins by head kick in their career and both possess elite kickboxing. The loser of this fight will have some serious soul searching to do afterwards.

WELTERWEIGHT FIGHT: Kirk St Lazarus (31-19-1) vs Boris Gregorovitsj (28-18-2)

In a battle of two proven contenders in various organizations who have combined for 17 Fight of the Night bonuses in their storied careers. Kirk St Lazarus has only fought in LEGACY! once and was defeated by unanimous decision by Yang Tao, who was dominant as the 170 pound champion of CEFC. At his last stop in the Aggressive Damage promotion, Lazarus went a staggering 6-4-1 in title fights.

He has a ton of big fight experience to go with having an absolute granite chin and solid all-around ability. He’ll face off against the debuting Boris Gregorovitsj who is 0-2 in title fights, but also has plenty of big fight experience in noted organizations like Troid, Evolution, and Montreal Fight Nights.

Gregorovitsj is a very dangerous Muay Thai striker, but he is more of an all-around type fighter who wins by any means necessary. It will be very interesting in this fight to see the game plans that each fighter will adopt to combat the varied skillset that both fighters possess.

LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT: ©Liam McGuiness (19-10) vs Johny Clattenburg (11-5)

After capturing the LEGACY! Light Heavyweight title in only his second fight in the promotion, Liam McGuiness has his sights set on defending it against the cream of the crop in the division. Johny Clattenburg has started his time in the promotion 2-0 and also fought for the title in the Imperial fight organization before arriving at LEGACY!.

Both fighters are incredibly dangerous on the feet, especially with their boxing. McGuiness has 17 career wins and all but 2 have come by way of TKO. Clattenburg has 6 of his 8 wins by TKO, so we shouldn’t expect this fight to go the distance. When you put two incredibly powerfully strikers together, someone tends to end up unconscious on the canvas.

This fight is certainly must see as both guys spent quite a bit of time in Imperial with a lot of success but never came across one another.

Co MAIN EVENT - SUPER HEAVYWEIGHT: Neo Kable (37-14) vs Kyle Carlton (39-14)

Two guys with a combined 76 career wins will debut on this card. All of those wins came by way of TKO, so why not put those two against each other? Why not is right, Neo Kable and Kyle Carlton will both get a chance to start their time in LEGACY!

with an impressive win. Fighting the 265+ pound division might make some casual fans believe that we’ll see a boxing match that will resemble a couple of drunk guys at a bar, but that isn’t the case, unless those guys are capable of decapitating guys with thunderous head kicks as well.

The amount of power and technical striking in this fight is rarely matched in this division. This is yet another fight that will certainly end with a referee stoppage. Carlton is the only fighter to ever go to a decision, dropping both many moons ago.

MAIN EVENT - HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT: © Nick Fjera (12-2-1) vs Culver Crimson (10-1)

In our main event, we have a very intriguing matchup for the LEGACY! Heavyweight title that could produce a couple different avenues for a finish. Champion Nick Fjera is undefeated at 5-0 in the promotion and has a couple successful title defenses after submitting Culver Crimson in a epic 5 round fight to win the title.

Fjera’s offense largely consists of putting his black belt in BJJ to use. All 12 of his wins have been finishes, with 9 of which coming by way of submission. Culver Crimson has been with the promotion since the beginning and has compiled an impressive 6-1 record.

The only loss was the aforementioned title fight against Nick Fjera. Crimson was unable to defend the takedown in the first meeting (Fjera was 5-8) and he’ll have to improve upon that if he has plans of taking home that elusive LEGACY! Heavyweight Championship belt.
