Interview Begins :

LG – Sorry guys but we can’t wait any longer we will have to start the interview.

JPF – Man this guy always showing us up.

GM- Relax ill have a word with him after the interview.

LG- Right so I guess I’ll start with you Giuseppe. First of congratulations, How does it feel to be EVO heavyweight champion?

GM – Thank you, It’s been a whirl wind really the feeling is out of this world. It’s been a lifelong ambition to hold a heavyweight title and to do it in one of the biggest if not the biggest fight org is such a privilege. Before we go any further I just want to say thank you to the EVO management team for giving me the opportunity to showcase my skills.

LG – Your next fight has now been confirmed you will take on the Legendry Brick Tires on 2016-03-12 EVO Undisputed card. How are you feeling about that?

LG – Nice of you to join us jack.

JPF – FOOL!

Gunner stands up like hes going to knock him out starts laughing and hands him a bottle of water all 4 men are now present.

GM – Ill carry on shall I, Evo delivered the fight I wanted. Yes it will be tough and the biggest challenge of my career but that’s what I need at this stage. No one will give me the credit for winning this title unless I beat a guy like him. It’s going to be such a stellar card I’m just proud to be part of it.

LG – So Jaun with another great win under your belt what do you see as your next fight?

JPF – Well that last fight was meant to be a title eliminator so if SYN keep their word I’ll get my crack at the title but we will have to wait and see after the title fight that is booked.

LG- You don’t seem too confident in the fight being made any reason for that?

JPF – Well im relatively unknown so would not be a big sell for the company but I’m 6 fight winning streak and undefeated in SYN with my last 3 fights getting submission of the night awards so who else deserves it more.

LG- Im sure you will get your fight just stay positive, since joining McCann’s management you have been undefeated, what’s changed for you as a fighter?

JPF- Well I think I’m just in a better place mentally, I’ve always had the skills but these guys have just brought the confidence out in me and I feel no one can handle my ground game now.

LG- That’s a bold statement to say you think no one at 170lbs can handle your ground game well ill guess we will see in the future. Let’s move onto you Gunner, so I understand you are currently out of contract?

GH- Yes Future Fighting has not renewed my contract I think the org may be closing I don’t know, but as of now I’m a free agent.

LG- That must be tough, we recently seen on buzz that you were thinking of retiring is there any truth to this story?

GH- Well sort of, I’m annoyed I’m out of contract so if no one comes to get me soon I’ll be retiring from MMA and trying out as a professional boxer. I’m only 24 so I have options just not many in the MMA world at the minute. Ill ponder for a few more week to see if I get any offers from the MMA world if not then I will rap it in and move on.

LG- Wow I can’t believe you haven’t had any offers you’re a KO’ing Machine. People have said if you dropped down to heavyweight you could be a star attraction?

GH- I don’t want to though I feel good at this weight I don’t have to worry I just get in there and KO people most times my nights finished before the end of the first round.

LG- Fair enough if it works why change it. Jack……..Jack…………JACK!!!!!!

Jack is snoring in the chair wakes up after Lillian’s shouts, the other 3 laugh

LG- Jack please be a bit more professional it’s your turn for questions.

JD- Sorry was up late “training” last night.

LG- So to start with we know you have had your demons in the past how are you getting on?

JD- I’m great to be honest I feel good in the mornings when I wake up I’m eager to get to the gym and I feel my game has gone up a level.

LG- So you’re trying to tell me you go to the gym every day and you’re sober?

JD- Yeah that’s right while I’m in a training camp I stay sober.

LG- So what was this all about this morning?

JD- I told you I woke up late because I was up late training last night.

LG- Ok so your next fight is a tough one and you’re second in TRINITY. Are you prepared the fight is in 3 days?

JD- Yeah I’m fully ready I’m happy to be back in TRINITY I’m be happier if they stop giving me hard opponents but a man can dream. In all seriousness I’m happy to be at TRINITY and for them to give me another chance in the org. I just want to work my way to the title and will face anyone they put in front of me.

LG- The confidence in your camp for you guys must be buzzing at the moment?

JPF- Well we all bounce of each other man, one guy wins the next guy doesn’t want to stop it going.

GM- Yeah like he said there’s a great vibe with us all at the minute, a few of the younger prospect in the gym have lost but I tell them look at my record if I can come back to do this then any of you guys can. We want to bring them along with us so well all grow together.

LG- So who is the next hot prospect then from McCann Team?

GH- Well I’ve been working with a young 19 yr old from Ghana called Prince Opong, now I’m telling you his shots are a lot more powerful than mine was at his age so we will see how he comes along.

JPF- My guess if I had to say one who would have success the French wonder kid Piere De Crote, his ground game is already strong but he has a great wiliness to learn and we are on the matts every day.

GM- Yes Piere is always with me training striking to he will be a great fight for sure one day but for my input I would have to say Marty Mcfly. He had a few losses but I feel his heart and determination will get him to a top org in the end he has a great chin and his game is improving everyday so we will see.

JD- I’d have to say Yoko Buzaki yeah he’s going to be great.

JPF- Jack you fool he’s not even with us any more he got done for drugs.

GH- Why McCann wastes his time with you I don’t know.

LG- Guys think we will rap it up here thank you to you all for today even the one that turned up late. Good luck in your upcoming title fights guys and Gunner hope you get a contract soon.
