LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT: Kingston Pauletty © (6-1) vs. James Adams (2-0)
Kingston Pauletty looks to get his first title defense against the young Canadian, James Adams.
Defending his title is Kingston Pauletty, a man of big heart and stone fists. Claiming the title for himself in DFC 2 main event against Ben Yool he put fear into the whole division. Yool was having great success until he met Pauletty inside the cage on that dark night of March 5th.
A man who people thought had a chin of steel was now lying face down with Pauletty standing over him. His next opponent is James Adams, a fighter who likes the clinch way too much. The clinch was no problem for Kingston so far and it will be interesting to see how he fares against Adams.
The 19 year old Canadian, James Adams is coming off a TKO win that retired Ben Yool. His strong side is obviously the clinch but he has had success boxing outside of it as well.
Now his toughest test to date is Kingston Pauletty, a man who seems to have advantage over him in the art of boxing.
Will Adams be able to get the clinch and control his opponent with his superior wrestling then proceed to dirty box him?
He is 20 pounds heavier than Pauletty and 8 cm's taller, so that may as well play a factor in this fight which will most likely be a stand-up one.
This fighter is a young and exciting light heavyweight prospect and it will be a pleasure watching him fight.
Prediction: James Adams by TKO in Round 3
