MIDDLEWEIGHT TITLE FIGHT: Czlowiek Wpierdol © (6-0-0) vs. Winston Reid (3-1-0)
The middleweight champion, Czlowiek Wpierdol is finally getting a chance to defend his title and show why he is the one holding the belt.
A very dangerous BJJ specialist, Wpierdol has been submitting everyone he faced so far. Before signing a contract with DFC, he was fighting in the QFC welterweight division which resulted in him gaining 4 submission victories. Making his DFC debut against a fellow BJJ specialist, Detroit Racer, Wpierdol showed the DFC fans how much his skills are better compared to the rest of the middleweight division, submitting him in the first round. The only man to last more than 1 round with him was Geordie Nicholson, a well rounded fighter who fought him for the title. Czlowiek's next test will be Winston Reid, a fighter who looks much better than him on the paper, but in a fight anything can happen, so we will see.
The Jamaican native, Winston Reid, is crazy about the title, wanting to fight Wpierdol more than anyone, not afraid of his opponents 6-0 record. More of a Muay Thai clinch fighter than anything, Reid will be most likely looking to clinch up and bully his foe with knees until he can't stand no more. However, due to the threat of Wpierdol's takedowns, we might see Reid implement a different gameplan from what we saw before. I don't know about you guys, but i'm excited for this one.

Two undefeated lightweights making their DFC debut here and looking to make their mark in the lightweight division starting with this fight!
Canadian Michael Carter is another great prospect under Northern Ninjas managment. Previously fighting in the feathweight division, he has now gone up and is in search for new challenges. Carter is noted for his unreal work ethic and wrestling skills. He will be looking to get Joe Silver to the ground and make him stay there until he parts ways with his consciousness or with one of his limbs.
On the other hand, Joe Silver is an Australian brawler who has competed in both bantamweight and featherweight division before coming into DFC. His skills don't look as good as Carters so i think he will have to rely on a lucky bomb to land if he wants to get the W.
