New York City, NY - "The Reckless one" Bomb Squad retired on Saturday, July 7th in New York City. Jacky Chan aka Le Goat called the surprise press conference just moments after Squad was annihilated by the ground and pound onslaught of Tyrone Biggums. It was Squad's third loss in a row, all by tko, and Biggums' fifth win in a row.
Squad seemed very torn by his decision, citing possible head trauma as the main reason to his retirement, but also showed a genuine disgust for the turn his career had taken. He spoke of no plans for his post-fight career. His manager, Chan said next to nothing has he sat with a humbled look as Squad lamented the waning moments of his career, which even after three straight losses, still ended at an impressive 20-5.
The fight was the Main Event at UPG 63: Artillery which took place at the Liberty Dome in New York City. The Main Event did not last long, just 4:34 in the first round was all Biggums needed to destroy not only the chin and will of Squad, but also his career. Biggums, the current Light Heavyweight Champion at UPG was not available for comment at this time.
