Braw 4 it All review

OMEGA FIGHTING, Fight Organization, New York
Company profile by Justin Ass

Greetings Omega fans, history was made and champions were crowned this past Friday at Omega Fighting’s Brawl 4 It All. 3 title fights took place at Hayashi’s Lounge right here in New York City. The welterweight Lightweight and Featherweight Championships were up for grabs to be Omega Fighting’s first ever champions. There was plenty more action as well, with seven more fights on the card, but it was the triple main event that had the rowdy fans in attendance on the edge of their seats. Here is how it all went down at The Brawl 4 It All.

Brown v Bernardo

In the first of the prelims it was Alex Brown dominating Bernardo Bernardo on the ground as he took a 3 round decision for the win.

  Vaughn v Dyrdek

Lonnie Vaughn took on Rob Dyrdek in a stand up battle that showcased both fighters punching prowess. The two took the fight to the full three rounds and the judges score cards. Dyrdek suffered a cut in the middle of the fight and gave the edge to Lonnie Vaughn to secure a split decision.

 Major v  Zimmer

It was Jack major and Hans Zimmer’s turn to get it on next. Major the taller of the two used his height and reach to his advantage keeping Zimmer at bay. Major used his punching very effectively and even rocking Zimmer mid way through the fight. Zimmer a tough one to put away though showed determination but that was about all he showed. Jack Major gets the unanimous decision.
Douchebag v Junior

Dardan Douchebag made a short night of it as he picked up his second straight win with a quick submission over Everaldo Junior. Could it have been nerves that got to EJ, not sure but EJ will be back that’s for sure

Blue v Rex

Pripps Blue and Tee Rex put on one hell of a fight, back and fourth they fought as the two fighters matched up well together. Rex showed his great take down skills almost had blue in the second round as he worked for the submission but the clock was not on his side as Blue survived the second round. Blue out scored Rex in punching and that was just enough to give Pripps Blue the close decision win

Escobar v Alvarez

At the midway point of the night Francisco Escobar and Aaron Alvarez squared off. Alvarez needed to keep this fight standing he worked a lot in the clinch scoring some head shots but not enough and got caught as Escobar got the takedown and brought the fight to the mat and isolated an arm of Alvarez and secured a triangle submission win.

Lightning v Kimmons

It was a Lightning storm and Stanley Kimmons was struck by it Johnny Lightning TKO win 5 Seconds of the first round.

Championship Fight Co-Co Main Event

Baxster v Bravo

This fight was for the Featherweight Championship Title between Buzz Baxster and Tony Bravo. You knew there would be fireworks in this one  and that is what they brought, from the opening bell of round one Baxster muscled his way into clinching up and pushing Bravo up into the cage.

Baxster working his knees into the body of Bravo. Bravo working to get some space at time  landing good punches but Baxaster keeping the pressure on keeping the fight close in the clinch. This is where it stayed for most of the night Baxster was relentless making Bravo play defense all night long.  Both fighters fought with hearts of Champions but in the end Buzz Baxster controlled the fight and after five rounds  Buzz Baxster became Omega’s New Featherweight Champion.

Lightweight Championship Fight Co Main Event

Lee v Franchise

If you thought this fight was going to go 5 rounds you were wrong. The two fighters have great striking skills  both great boxers so they were going to let the bombs fly.

Morrison Lee, undefeated  Steve Franchise 4-3. Opening bell Lee lets one fly big right hand catches nothing as Franchise slips to the side counter shot misses from Franchise combo comes up short for Franchise. Lee swing wildly misses. BOOM Franchise gets caught he’s down Lee puts on the pressure its all over Morrison Lee is the new Lightweight and undefeated Champion.

Main Event  Welterweight Championship Fight.

Osterman v Freitag

Kevin Osterman and Mike Freitag are no strangers to each other. Having fought one another before there was no feeling out  process going to happen in this fight.  They came after one another with KO on there minds Both fighters slipping punches.

Osterman catches Freitag with a 3 punch combo cutting him early.  Freitag back peddling gets his hand down a bit to low, a big right hook lands for Osterman Right on the sweet spot Freitag goes out and down Osterman with the big win by KO is the New Welterweight Champion.   In a statement from Justin Ass, I am very excited to see these Champions represent Omega Fighting and I am excited to see them defend there title in the future and wish them the best of luck as they reign as champions
