  LKO5 Rehearsal Preview

This huge event hosted by Liberty Kombat Organization. It has ten pulse funding fights that are sure to keep the fans happy!

By Jared Martin

The opening fight is in the Welterweight division featuring Frank LA and Ragnar Lobrok. Frank LA is an completely new fighter so his stats and how he fights can be anything. Ragnar comes in with one loss of his one fight career. Ragnar stays moving from his opponents strikes and looks for combos.

He lost his last fight because he was controlled by his opponents use of kicks to the body, and leg. But finally was knocked out by an head kick. Hopefully he has improved his striking defense. So in my professional opinion the favorite is Frank if he has good standup game.

The second fight is in the Welterweight division featuring Hershel “Hero” Hasselhoff and Stephen “Baby Face” Khan. Hershel is an completely new fighter so I cannot comment much about this fighter. But his manager Crush Bones is an great manager so let’s see if his experience rubs off on him. Stephen has never left the first round in any of his fights. Stephen will stay away from strikes as much as he can, then he will shoot for an takedown.

He can also flip an opponent if he has been taken down. He does not give up easy when he is on the ground. So in my professional opinion the favorite is Stephen with his serious takedown ability.

The third fight is in the Welterweight division featuring Wesley “Pretty Boy” Sach and Andrew “The American Badass” Tucker. Wesley comes i with one loss of his one fight career. He suffered an knockout in the first round. He wad dominated when he was taken down and controlled. then he was dominated by his opponents ground and pound. So if he can improve from his last sloppy performance the would be key. Andrew is known as a badass for a reason.

Andrew has two wins in a row in his two fight fighting career. Andrew only has 27 seconds total in the ring as well. Do not allow Andrew to fight you in the standup or you will most likely lose. So in ky professional opinion the favorite is Andrew he has unstoppable power so far, but we have not seen him meet an match yet. Will this be his match?

The fourth fight is in the Welterweight division featuring Nelson “The Bullie”Muntz and “President” Donny Trump. Nelson and Donny are completely new fighters. So talking about this fight is an crap shoot. This can go anyway so it’s up to them how it goes.

The fifth fight is in the Welterweight division featuring Yuri “Xonan” Kuzentsov and Kari Nerlinger. Yuri is in an four win streak of his four fight career. Most of Yuri’s fights have gone to decision which means he has cardio. Yuri goes into an quick clinch, then goes into an takedown.

Yuri then form here starts with going ro submission attempts until he either wears down or makes his opponent tap. Kari is an completely new fighter which means he cannot be really talked about there. I really think this i sea terrible matchup Yuri should win unless Kari is amazing.

The sixth fight is in the Heavyweight division featuring Sean “Tornado” Taylor and Mick Delaney. Okay I am sorry but these fights have been scouted terribly. The experience factor has such an huge difference between Sean and Mick. Mick has been in one fight when Sean could be called an veteran. Obviously the clear favorite is Sean unless Mick can pull an win out of his hat.

The seventh fight is in the Welterweight division featuring John Wolf and Juan Rafael El Luna. John is an heavy hitter and will knock out people if he lands, plain and simple. So th bets way to beat him is just stay away from his range. Juan is an completely new fighter so I’m not sure how he’ll do here. So because of the the favorite is John due to sheer experience factor.

The eight fight is in the Welterweight division featuring Joao De Silva and Charlie “The Can Do Kid” Kenton. Joao comes inn with an two win streak of his to fight career. He will end in the fight in the first round if he is given the chance. He has shown above average clinch defense and remarkable clinching overall as well. If he can control the fight from above the ground he will win.

Charlie has only been in one fight and it has only gone for less then two minutes. Charlie will go for an early clinch against the cage and then go for an takedown. After this he will try to use his ground and pound to finish off his opponent. So in my professional opinion the favorite is Joao if he is allowed too stick to his gameplay.

The ninth fight is in the Super Heavyweight division featuring Brain Buro and Tom Bowman. This may be fight of the night in my opinion for sure. Brain is a a veteran and has seen his share of fights. Brain does come in with an two in the row losses. Which is never good for somebody’s mind when stepping into the cage. Brain is an formable opponent when from clinching distance but he can be controlled which was shown in his last fight.

Butkus favorite way to fight is form striking distance. He also knows how too go into the longer rounds and win as well. Tom comes in with an five win streak which is a long win streak. that is great and always helps out a fighter when they enter the cage. Tom has not left the first round of any of his fights. Tom has stronger striking power from the top.

Which is great to say since brain has been an fighter for longer. But he has actually won all his fights by submission so he can do both. So in my professional opinion the favorite is Brain if he can keep it off the ground which will be the key.

The main event is in the Super Heavyweight division featuring Ottis “The Countryman” Toole Jr and Sean “Tornado” Taylor. Ottis comes in with an ten win streak! that is crazy good streak for anyone. Five of these wins have been from title defenses which is crazy as well. Ottis is also more aggressive fighter so he lands more strikes to his opponents head.

He likes using his devastating right hook which is powerful and known to cause a lot of his most devastating strikes. Sometimes Ottis might use the clinch before he finishes the fight from striking distance. Sean comes into the fight with three losses in an row which is never good for someones mind when fighting in an cage with an opponent. Sean has an problem with pole who have impressive standup which is not good versus someone like Ottis.

So in my professional opinion the favorite is Ottis he has an great striking which is Sean’s weakness.
