Next is Otavio Martins.. At 22 years old and a record of 0-2 Martins will no doubt be looking to change that . He has exceptional ground game and is a brown belt BJJ. Omega Fighting could be the place he turns his game around Good luck to you Mr. Martins
TJ Hearts 6-4 comes from Nassau Bahamas and fights out of Amsterdam. Hearts is a dangerous fighter standing or on the ground and could pose some problems for most fighters. A former MMA Helsinki light heavyweight champion. , TJ is looking once again to wear some Omega Gold
Omega News… Only a few days into 2017 and Omega is a buzz of things going on. We have a new Light Heavyweight Champion Ja Waun Robinson defeated a very good Champion Zeph Frasier on New Years Eve at Eve of Destruction. Congratulations to Mr. Robinson I can tell you that there are people lining up already to get a crack at your title. Speaking of titles Morrison Lee ‘s reign as Lightweight Champion came to a sudden and some would say shocking end at Night of Champions 3 The man who stopped the streak was the “Thunda from down unda” DJ Thunda with a second round TKO and is the new Lightweight Champion. Rumor has it that Lee took it pretty hard and got a bit emotional on the Ellen Show. Not to worry though Lee’s camp said he is doing much better now and will be back training very soon. A big Congrats to DJ Thunda on your title win. In the Buzz wars Ashan Hamed is lighting up his buzz account again, this time out of the Omega brand and is jawing it up with Albert Ricci, seems the 2 are looking to face off somewhere maybe Justin Ass can make a deal and make some money as well Mr. Ass will keep us posted
Now the 185 lb division got a bit more interesting as Bosco “ Exodus Iwoba made the jump up from 170 to 185 lbs putting the division fighters on notice that he means business
And Finally The night is set for everyone to put on their tux and get a date for the first Omega Hall of Fame ceremony. The event will take place January 14th time find out who is in and will be the first inductees to Omega Fighting’s Hall of Fame There will also be some extra awards to be handed out it will be a star studded night for Omega Fighting.
