Hello all, this week's event Just Bleed 29's review can be found at the link below, it takes a lot of time every week to do them myself but so far we have had a very positive response to them, if you can think of way's to improve them I would love to hear about it.

Satisfaction:
Thank youo everyone who went to the satisfaction page located here: http://www.mmatycoon.com/satisfaction.php and let us know how we are doing as of right now, currently we are at 88% from 19 ratings, it's entirely anonymous but is a very useful tool for letting potential managers know if our company is been run well or not. We want this to be an accurate gauge of how we are doing month to month so I ask you all to please consider updating your satisfaction ratings on a monthly basis, be as honest as you can be and feel free to drop me a mail with any suggestions on how we can improve the experience for you!

Additional information:
For the people who do not visit the forums the rest of this mail will be a copy of the "Thoughts from the CEO" section of the review bringing everyone upto speed on the last week's events here at Aspire. It is in no-way mandatory that you read this information it's largely just additional flavor for people who enjoy to be in the loop.

Thoughts from the CEO:
This week we completed the transition from Just Bleed MMA to Aspire MMA with ownership of the organisation officially transferring to myself for a settlement of $2,500,000 total, this was a huge step for me and I thank all of our current active managers who gave me the confidence to take it, I would like to thank our founder JB for all his continued contributions to Team Aspire.

In other related yet surprising news, the Aspire alliance has also concluded negotiations and is proud to announce it has acquired Revolution XC (285k+) out of Los Angeles, the intention at this time is to keep the promotions separate but you can expect co-promotion going forward with our current 265lbs champion Huell Babineaux already signed to fight the RXC champion Dimitri Zaitsev on the 9th of April at the Ready or Not event.

Since I'm sure it will come up, I honestly had no idea that RXC was going to be for sale or that JB would be interested in acquiring it but that is how the situation played out and we are looking to make the best of it for all concerned going forward, while I will not be directly involved with the running of RXC I want to assure it's roster that I will do all I can to assure they are afforded the same respect and diligence that I try to provide here at Aspire MMA.

With the recent closure of Primal Fear 280K+ out of New York following it's concluding event Primal 60 Nuclear we have acquired the contracts for a significant portion of it's roster with over $1,000,000 in potential contracts sent out over the period and many of them to the date of posting having been accepted.

What does this mean going forward?, in short it mean's the quality of events we are going to be able to bring you going forward has dramatically improved, top contenders from the Primal Fear organisation will in general integrate into our ranks with bouts booked between now and Aspire 34 at which point we intend to do a "soft roster reset" with most of our divisions going unbooked until the conclusion of that event to allow us to enter the next phase of Aspire (the PPV era) with all potential match-ups open to us.

To our managers this mean's some of you may find that you reach inactivity clause triggering status over this period, we ask you all to stay with us and know that we do this for the greater good of the org and to put you all in a better standing going forward, PPV is not only massive for the company but it will be massive for all of our fighters over the long run.

In exciting news entering the promotion is seasoned submission warrior and current Highland Games 265lbs champion 15-7-0 John "Handsome" Machado (275562), ordinarily he would most likely face the winner of the Keith Bishop vs Huell Babineaux bout following Huells super fight in RXC, but given the length of time between now and then it's likely he will fight in the meantime, more information to follow.

Additionally I'm excited to announce that Aspire MMA will host the final of the Old Dog For the Road +38 year old tournament between Escobar De Vega (179893) vs Nelson Muntz (165724) at Just Bleed 31 on the 1st of April 2017, I'm looking forward to this one personally and I would like to thank Mickey Hart (89500) for trusting this task to us.

As a result I'm currently considering opening the 265+ division up to +35 year olds as an ID unrestricted division with 1 or 2 fight rolling contract's so old timers have a place to duke it out, contracts would be relatively low if I'm been 100% honest with you as the point is to provide some card filling so expect 5k across as standard unless you have some major hype or a legendary legacy, but my assumption is by 35+ you are most likely retired or in a position to not care about the money so much as the chance to keep fighting if that is your desire. If you have a guy who fits the bill then let me know so I can garner the interest levels.
