GAMMA#626 Wolek v Donowitz Analyzing key points to victory

Global Association of MMA, Fight Organization, London
Company profile by Mentor Guru Corleone

In a featherweight collision for the ages, the best featherweight fighters on the planet are set to face off on the biggest platform they could hope for as the Global Association of Mixed Martial Arts proudly presents GAMMA#626 Wolek v Donowitz! My name is Alika Webb and I am here to analyze the historic main event between the number one and number two featherweight fighters on the planet as they will put it all on the line for a chance to solidify themselves as the best featherweight fighter of the world.

Lukasz "Wally" Wolek

1) Be aggressive! BE Aggressive!

While the Polish superstar has enough firepower in his hands to finish the fight early, lately he’s been more focused on keeping the pressure on his opponents from start to finish and the results have been phenomenal. The fact is that his opponent has never been knocked out so it would be a high-risk gamble for the Polish kickboxing sensation to go for the finish. But sometimes rolling the dice does pay off, considering Donowitz’s superior grappling skills this could be a bona fide strategy for Lukasz "Wally" Wolek. Gamma’s own has plenty of experience fighting superior grapplers and more often than not he has walked away victorious, can he do it again as global domination hangs in the balance?

2) Stopping the waves might be impossible but you can learn to surf!

When you got a world class grappler on the prowl for a takedown in such a psychological pressure cooker of global magnitude, you will be riding an emotional rollercoaster. From extreme highs when you can stop a takedown to extreme lows when your back hits the canvas. Donowitz will be looking for the takedown. Why? Because he’s a grappler and that’s what grapplers do. Can you stop the takedown? Yes, but if there’s a tsunami of takedown attempts sooner or later your back’s going to hit the mat. A good way for Wolek to counter that could be closing the distance himself. Gamma’s featherweight champion is an expert in dirty boxing and if there is a weakness to be found in the convicted synner’s game, the clinch would definitely be high on the list.

Abraham "Jewsus Christ" Donowitz

1) Who’s breaking this guy’s stride?

He’s got to keep on moving, Donowitz puts on a relentless pace standing as he is constantly on the lookout for a weakness to pounce on. Combined with his masterful finishing ability wherever the fight takes place, this makes him a tricky foe for any fighter and a crowd favorite wherever he fights. Only this time he might not get the fan reaction he was hoping for. The religious loudmouth made it crystal clear that he came to Gamma to fight but it was the sneer that followed the announcement that stirred up some trouble for Synchronicity’s featherweight champion. Questioning the referees’ and judges’ ability in such an unscrupulous and unapologetic way did not go down so well and the fans’ backlash could result in a heel turn for the ages as Donowitz could face the music when he steps into a hostile environment. Can Donowitz overcome the distraction of the fans or will they just be the excuse he needs to justify his pending loss?

2) Hit the Floor!

Undeniably the former TWGC and current Synchronicity champion would love to take the fight to the ground. While he is always ready to go to the mattresses and he is a multi dimensional fighter, grappling is his bread and butter. He beats up the beat and brings the heat with his lightning fast takedowns. While Wolek has never been finished on the ground, he has incredible takedown defense and the Gamma featherweight champion has shown some cat-like reflexes in past fights. Even so Donowitz will show no fear as he looks to drag his opponent to the ground like a crocodile lying in wait to ambush his unsuspecting prey and drag it to the deep end.
