Hello all, ill keep this weeks update short and sweet as it's been a busy one and I think we covered the major points in this week's TFTC, that can be found attached below for the none forum dwellers amongst us! the full review of the event however can be found at the following link:

Thoughts from the CEO:

Another fantastic event with an Aspire MMA record-setting rating of 481.44 that has rocketed us up the organisation rankings to number five globally, we hope to build on the success of Aspire 50 next week as we make our debut in the 92k Wombley Arena with what can be described as the strongest card ever put forward by the promotion headlined by main eventer Mikael Brophy the Aspire 205lbs champion going up against one of the ID ranges very best in James Adams with the 185lbs title also on the line with Aspire MMA legend Casper Timmermans set to face off against Dignity! 185lbs champion Macon Sackett in addition to 145lbs top contenders showdown between Isaac Hayes and Noam Nystrom set to send London into a frenzy.

Event Numbers
For the longest time it has bothered me that our total number of events are out of sync with reality, this is in part due to events early in the promotions history before I took over with such events as "Just Bleed 25.5, Just Bleed Black Friday" and "Just Bleed 13/12" so we have decided that we will skip forward a little with our naming scheme and make what would of been Aspire 51 now Aspire 60 to bring us back into line with the events already booked, fixing this minor yet annoying issue. To cover the loss of time including Aspire 51-Aspire 59 we will run a story-line edition of Aspire Magazine that will cover the fictional event the World Martial Arts Tournament that will take place to explain the missing cards.

Release
As a side note to the above, of late we have taken the steps to release a number of fighters for various reasons, I just wanted to clarify publicly the reasons we choose to do this, the most common been that we have exhausted all of the fights we consider fair for your particular fighter at this particular time, another time we will let you go is if you go inactive for a period of time when fight offers are pending, again its nothing personal at all and often times we will send you a re-hire contract when we notice you are again active, we simply have a fantastic manager base who generally 90% of the time respond within a matter of hours to fight offers and we feel it fair to keep everyone in and around the same level of activity to improve the experience for all involved. The final major reason we might let you go is that you simply fell below our minimum required hype/pop threshold, this is kinda arbitrary and it really is just the reality of the situation sometimes - especially with attempting consistent PPV's. If we're in a position to do this, we will make sure going forward always to message the manager and discuss it with them beforehand.

The Future
Expect to see more Aspire 60 promotion work done this week as we take a closer look at main eventer Mikael Brophy during the week as he visits the SNL studios to film a segment for the popular comedy show ahead of his Wrestlentertania appearance penciled in for the end of July, you can also expect a continuation of our ongoing champions spotlight series in the Aspire Magazine by our top contributor Tony Scatero with further additions to the Aspire writing room expected going into August with several highly talented writers entering the public domain of late doing fantastic work that I have been personally following and enjoying, it's become clear to me that we can do even more to promote not just our champions but our up-coming fighters and particularly as we move towards two 92k venue PPV show's per week it will become necessary for me to make certain changes to the way we report our events, more information on this will come in the following weeks but I think it's fair to say it's likely we will move towards more of a preview style than the retrospective overview we have now. The feedback I receive is that you guy's enjoy the informative parts of the "write up" and the storyline elements but nobody much cares for the fight break downs and honestly they take the longest to produce and I feel the time could be better spent promoting individuals so it's very likely that element will be dropped in the near future.
