 Rowan was raised in Durham, England , a town of about 2,000 people. As a child he was bullied for years by older schoolmates.
His Father had introduced him to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at age 7, “but life isn’t like a movie,” he said. “You can do all the training you want, when you’re eight or nine-years-old and they’re 12, when you’re alone and there’s three of them, there's not much you can you about it son, that's the reality.”
But Rowan continued with his training, now at the tender age of 18 he his trying to turn his hobby into a profession. Not only to make abit of money but also to make his Father proud and to show people who get bullied it's nothing to be ashamed of.
