A fighter's crossroads

Fighter profile of by Outlaw Bleak

A fighter on the move, a man who bounces back from losses, a fighter with no off switch.  This is some of what makes up Wulfgang Bleak.  At 160 lbs, Bleak fights in the 155 division, but has expressed interest in trying out the 145 division as well.  He's been able to cut weight to under 145 before, so the door is always open for him.

After a 1-2 amatuer career, Bleak refocused himself in the gym and started specializing in aspects of his training to help him be competitive while still developing his game.  He joined the RRFC on an entry level contract to ensure he could keep training, and it paid off as he won his debut fight in RRFC against Matt Van Bromer via TKO from some brutal ground and pound.   He went on to win his next three fights by (T)KO before finally losing his last fight against Lokee Hyde in a heart breaking decision.  Upset that he didn't win, and even more upset that it was left into the judges hands, Bleak bounced back with a vengance in RRFC 29 when he faced Filipe Silva (8-3) in a match that many said he should lose.     When Bleak gets the fight to the ground, he turns into an animal.  A force of nature that destroys everything in his path.  He's looking at the top of the RRFC now with his eyes set on the gold.  His next fight is his last under contract, so will he get a title shot?  Will he stay in the RRFC?     There have been some rumors out of his camp that Bleak is unhappy with what he's been getting paid in RRFC.  He's finishing up his second contract and still hasn't been offered above entry level pay.  As a contender in the division, that could be taken as a measure of disrespect.   The future is up in the air, and Bleak is headed to a crossroads that could determine the rest of his career.  There's a good chance Bleak will be on the move and looking for a better payday in a larger organization where he can continue to push himself to rise above the level of compeitition he faces.
