 Christian Scampoli is an MMA fighter signed to CFC (Clones Fighting Championship) and recently main evented trash boys 4 for the CFC heavyweight championship against Brick Lisnor. He believes to have been robbed. During the fight, Lisnor won all five rounds, but Scampoli believes something wrong happened during the fight. He believes that in round 2, he landed a flurry of strikes that he believes made his opponent tap out. He said in his post-fight interview, “there was something wrong with the fight. I might have made a mistake, but I will need to look at it when I rewatch the fight’s second round.” He then buzzed saying, “My team and I have rewatched the second round. During the second round, I landed some strikes that I believe hurt him. I followed him, I landed more strikes, and I felt a tap. That day he was the better man, and I accepted that, but he tapped, and that happened,” Manager Aistar Grove was not happy about this. “He said it wasn’t the right decision. My guy won and was expecting them to make the right decision at the end of the fight. They didn’t, and he should either be given a rematch or the title.” Not much can be done about the situation; however, Scampoli has started to call himself the uncrowned champion.
