Saturday 25th September is the day 58 year old Heavyweight Perry Roscrow makes his return to PPV after a 4 year layoff from the cage. "Danger" recently fought in a QFC bout making quick work of his 19 year old opponent. Lotay Wangchuck is the man lined up to face Perry at PANDA 23 hosted by Panda Fights in Tokyo. Can the Heavyweight veteran pick up one more victory to add to his record?
