 The HFC has become nearly synonymous with the sport of mixed martial arts in the Tycoon world. The New York-based promotion is home to many of the top 350k MMA fighters in the world, and its events dominate the 350k landscape.
But that hasn't always been true.
Before it was a piece in a billion-dollar company's portfolio, MMA was home to mavericks, outcasts and fanatics looking for a tiny slice of danger. The true core of MMA were the bad boy's who wanted to test their might against other warriors, and a nice paycheck didn't hurt either.

When HFC took over Core Combat and rebranded, they rebranded with an attitude. They took it back to the roots of MMA, to the bad boys. To the badass mofo's that don't back down from anyone and who jump at the chance to throw down.

HFC took the core of MMA and made it the core of their organization. That mentality to never back down, that kill or be killed attitude that comes from growing up on the streets. Several of the original Core fighters who underwent that transformation are now in BFC and you can see the way the mentality has caught on.
