Main Card
Melikov vs Name
This Welterweight matchup sees Melikov looking to stretch his undefeated streak to three while Name steps into the cage for the first time. Name looks to be the better striker with higher end Boxing and Muay Thai skills that he will be looking to put to use along with his reach advantage. Melikov will be looking to take the big man down and dominate him on the ground for a stoppage or at least long enough to dominate the match for a decision.
Gobels vs Fury
Two Featherweights take to the cage in Gobels and Fury, two men who minimal difference physically so far as height or weight for a fight of pure skill and will. Fury holds a slight edge in Boxing skill that he will be looking to capitalize on as both men are equally inept at any form of in close fighting on their feet. With Gobels holding an advantage in his Wrestling skills he might be looking to take the fight to the mat and pound out the win. This should be an exciting matchup that either way I would be surprised if it went to the judges.
Damorning vs Vanhatalo
This heavyweight matchup lives up to the billing when Damorning steps into the cage, a huge bear of a man tipping the scales well over his cut rate for the match normally. Both men come into this fight with unblemished 1-0 records, though someone is going to have their streak stopped. Vanhatalo will be looking to use his considerable Muay Thai skills to pound on the big man and bring it to a stoppage. Damorning has equal wrestling skills as his opponent but will be looking to take the fight to the mat where he can put his Brown Belt abilities to full use. Will Vanhatalo be able to stop the behemoth that is Damorning, or is he going to find himself tapping out to the big man?
Valle vs Church
Gracing the top of the Featherweight division we see two potential belt contenders square off in the co-main event. This should prove to be a stand and bang affair up close and personal with both men having very similar fighting styles. Valle holds the edge in Muay Thai skills while Church has the better wrestling skills and a height advantage of over a foot which might make landing those head shots a bit more difficult. This fight should be decided in the clinch with both men giving it their all to knock the other out!
Burnett vs Cappone
In the main event, a light heavyweight match where we see the potential belt contender Burnett taking on Cappone, who surely will be looking to make a statement in this fight. Burnett comes into this fight riding high off of consecutive knockouts via his Muay Thai skills, which will be on full display Saturday night. Cappone holds an edge in Wrestling and will be looking to take Burnett off his feet where his BJJ Blue Belt should prove to make him a dangerous opponent. The Burnett could be paving a path to a possible belt match in the future, or opening the door for a new possible contender in the tight race for light heavyweight contention.
