The Colonel Arrives

Former Marine Commando and veteran of multiple conflicts James 'Colonel' Sanders made his MMA debut recently against Ramsey Woodthorpe.  From the moment 'The Funky Chicken' paid throughout the arena, something changed in the atmosphere, it was as if people knew that this wasn't going to be an everyday fight.  In three brutal minutes Sanders demonstated his murderous Muay Thai and absolutely outclassed Woodthorpe before getting the stoppage.  The performance made waves across the world and was enough to convince Iron Fist Championship to pursue Sanders, until they finally managed to agree terms.

This humble Welterweight prospect was quick to thank his fans after the fight, an act that once again demonstrated the appealing nature of the 'Colonel' and could well make him one of the most marketable prospects to debut this year.  Kay Bazinger managed to track him down on the telephone for the Tycoon Times.

"Mr Sanders, this is Kay Bazinger with the Tycoon Times."

"Do you have my order?"

"I'm sorry."

"My fried chicken, where's my fried chicken?"

Unfortunately for the Tycoon Times, the rest of the interview was somewhat unprintable as his language wasn't suitable for a sailor, let alone a marine commando.  This quite, retiring, chicken-loving, violent dynamo that is James Sanders has certainly gotten our attention and we can't wait to hear 'The Funky Chicken' in an arena once again.
