In the co-main event, Latvian beanpole finds himself up against a stiff test in multiple champion ‘Lucky’ Ray Luciano. Luciano, more infamous for his distractions outside of the cage, which is to be expected when you are born into ‘the family’, has won titles in DFN, BLAZE and DMMA is looking to put together another charge to get back into title contention. Luciano will need to mix up his boxing with his wrestling and put suffocating pressure on the rangy Latvian, and if possible, keep him against the cage. Wall and stall isn’t pretty, but has proven to be one of the most successful fighting strategies in the last decade.
