   DMMA 99 Preview

Douche "the Juice" McBaggins back again, as promised! Here to preview day two of the DMMA London takeover, let's just dive right in.   Prelims   155 Miles O Brien vs Sebastian Bach 155 Bruce Lee vs Jacob White 170 Ralph Hall vs Rich Voss 155 Mr Mojo Risin vs Curtis Rome 185  Charles Bukowski vs Masa Satake   Main Card   Welterweight   Kwasi Kwong vs Semba Rua   We will start this Main Card off with a lil bit of Royalty up in this mufucka. Kwasi "King" Kwong will be making his much-anticipated Dynasty MMA debut this Sunday, and this 14-0 prodigy has a huge target on his back. This Dominant former Island fighter has made quite an impression on his Island Journey, although he never won a championship. What he did though was more impressive he straight walked right through the season 12 WW class in route to a tournament Victory. His welcoming party will be long time DMMA vet Semba "Primetime" Rua a former Savage MMA Middleweight champion. Rua has accumulated a 5-7 record at Dynasty MMA. Although not the best record he did manage a 3-fight win streak that was recently snapped in his last fight. Rua now has a chance to get back to his winning ways if he can beat this former Island beast.    Lightweight   Hyatt Wayne vs Pate Murhapuro   Moving on we have a Lightweight contest with two promising Euro fighters. First up is Germany's Hyatt "The Riot" Wayne who recently snapped a 3-fight losing skid. Wayne primarily a boxer, has been an exciting fighter here, winning 5 performance bonuses in his career (3 FOTN, 2 KOTN).  With 7 KOs on his record Wayne is a force on his feet as he improves his ground game. He will battle Pate Murhapuro a very similar fighter form Sjk, Finland. Pate is also a lights out striker with 6 (T)KO's of his own, as well as 6 Performance Bonuses( 4 FOTN, 2 KOTN). Murhapura has a notable draw with the current Lightweight champion Xylon Kofel whom we will hear from later. With all these Performance bonuses this fight could be a potential fight of the Night in my drunkenly humble opinion.   Middleweight    Ansis Kaupens vs Ray Luciano   Next up we have a glorified #1 contender matchup in the Middleweight Division. Ansis Kaupens of Latvia, is now 3-0-1 under the Dynasty banner, and has beaten some top competition thus far. Kaupens has also put on some top-notch fights, with all four winning "Fight of the Night" which brings his tally up to 9 total. This one-time Cali MMA title challenger is now set for his biggest fight with DMMA, one that will put him at the top of the Division should he win. The challenge? Former Dynasty Middleweight champion "Lucky" Ray Luciano. After starting his career out 10-0, Ray now finds himself in a pickle, going 2-2 in his last 4 outings. Still a ton of upside for this former champ though, who is now under the management of Rocco Mediate. Yet to be Finished in his career, Luciano is always a threat to the world title. A win here and Ray is back in business. Both of these warriors have a lot on the line, so this could be a complete War.    CO- Main Event   Lightweight  Championship   Xylon Kofel vs Aubrey Grant   Are Co-Main event can easily be considered the Headliner, as the Lightweight champ Xylon Kofel defends his title for a 4th time. His opponent is the current #1 contender fighting out of Georgetwon, Guyana in Aubrey Grant. Grant is looking to avenge his previous loss to Kofel, where he was KO'd for the first time in his MMA career back at DMMA 41. Grant has since then gone on a tear in the division, winning 5 straight fights. This streak included a win over Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez, who previously beat Aubrey in a Kickboxing Title fight. With the title on the line, this may be what Aubrey Grant needs to fuel his fire. He will need that fuel to pull the upset and avenge his loss, he also has a two-pound advantage in weight currently just a little food for thought. The champion Xylon has a 7-fight win streak going currently. Which is a total turn around from his first 7 fights that started his career off at 3-3-1. Kofel was born in Zurich, Switzerland but has relocated to New York City, where he trains with the famed Blacktallians, who are currently running rough shot here at Dyanasty MMA(4 Dynasty Champions). Kofel's dominance since winning the belt is near perfect as he has legit only lost one round in his last four fights.    Main Event   Heavyweight   Bento Barboza vs Pete Tyler   Another Dynasty weekend will come to an end, with a Blockbuster Showdown. No title on the line, but there is a ton of bragging rights and a potential future title shot on the line though. Former Dynasty Heavyweight Champion Bento Barboza will be making his first appearance since dropping his belt to Andrei Kersikov. A little History lesson on the fighter known as "anjo da Morte", Barboza began his Career as a Kickboxer as he took part in the VKT Heavyweight Grand Prix. This Grand Prix was the Beginning of several DMMA HW's, and Bento one the tournament and won his first Title. Bento ended his Kickboxing career with a nice 13-2 record and later signed a Contract to fight for Dynasty MMA. Barboza went on to fight a familiar face at DMMA 65 in Kevin Faulk, for the Dynasty Heavyweight crown. He won the fight via KO in round 1, which was coincidentally the same fighter he beat for his KT title, and in the same fashion of a first-round finish. Now at a 5-2 in his MMA career Barboza finds himself in an unfamiliar position of testing a surging prospect in the division. That prospect is none other than Pete "Piledriver" Tyler who currently rides a 6-fight win streak. Pete's skillset is quite lethal, especially for the pretty one-dimensional Heavyweight division. Tyler can Strike and Grapple extremely well, and his record is a direct image of that, winning 3 with Submissions, 3 by (T)KO and 1 of them going the Distance. Pete is now set for the biggest fight of his career, as he meets the former cham. One of these men will most definitely be fighting for the Title next. Who will it be though?   Get ready for some Kick ass fights as Dynasty MMA revs up their engines for another weekend extravaganza.
