The first fight of the Island Season takes place on Friday the 6th of Janurary 2023. With 20 fresh new faces ready to put their bodies on the line for your entertainment.
The main card is headlined by Island Android and Arnold Blevins, while the IslandDimes odds makers have Island Android as the favored fiighter. It will be a close fight with both fighters prefering to fight in the clinch. Android is the smaller and lighter of the fighters but is scrappy.
Klaus Voorman and Dakoda Wyatt is the co-main event of the night. With IslandDimes having Klaus Voorman as the substaintal odds favorate. This is based off of Voorman's QFC fight against Dan Odonnel where he he put on a impressive offensive display throwing 15 strikes with a 100% strike rate before taking Dan Odonnel's soul at the 1:13 mark. Wyatt has not been tested yet, but has better stand up skills than Odonnel so this fight could be more competetive.

Early indications is Sakkara may not make the weight
Barov vs Carmen at 205lbs:
Carmen looks like the fresher bigger fighter with the skills to fight on his feet and on the ground
Aceves vs Zorrander at 265lbs:
Two big boys throwing down with both men being strikers this one should not see a decision
Shewmaker vs Soaki at 265+lbs:
This is a stylistics matchup, if this stays on the feet Shewmaker has it, if it goes to the ground Soaki will bend him up like a pretzel.
Andre vs McGuilicuty at 170lbs:
This match up is fairly even and should stay on its feet, the only difference is McGuilicuty is much larger
Tessin vs Forrester Jr at 205lbs:
Another striker match up with Tessin being the larger fighter and having a stronger background in wrestling
Dracarys vs Treav at 205lbs:
Striker vs Grappler, but word on the street is Traev has been over training and is coming in into the fight tired, making Dracarys look good for the win
