Frank Hernandez Unleashed Tirade

Fighter profile of Frank Hernandez by Antonio Hernandez

Former NFL quarterback Tom Brady recently took part in the Netflix roast, The Roast of Tom Brady, where he was on the receiving end of a number of jokes from former teammates and comedians. But since then, he has expressed regret about taking part in the event. And one MMA fighter is not all that pleased about Brady’s regret after the fact.

Brady shared that he would not take part in this kind of event again due to how some of the jokes, specifically about his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen, affected his kids. This type of public regret has received a lot of backlash, especially from real alpha males from the MMA community.

Carnival Combat lightweight champion Frank "Grabass" Hernandez (16-2-0), who has a fight scheduled against Paul "Tempest" Eclaro (18-5-0), took exception to how Brady has handled the situation after the fact, going on an expletive-filled rant against the future Hall of Fame quarterback.

“Ah man, Tom Brady was a c***,” said Hernandez to the Tycoon Times reporter. “He got mad and said ‘Don’t talk about my wife like that’. Listen you f****** p****, you signed up to be made fun of. You can’t handle that? Don’t f****** do it. Me, I don’t know if I could handle that. But yeah, he handled that like a f****** woman. You act like a f****** girl, you pet goats, you post gay f****** photos. Man the f*** up. Nobody thinks you are tough Tom Brady. You are making fun of a f****** comedian, you f****** p****. I will mount your wife raw doggity dog. Put that c*** in a triangle.”

Hernandez obviously went a bit overboard here in his assessment of Brady… But his point that Brady couldn’t handle the roast in some ways is somewhat valid. If you sign up to be the recipient of a roast, you have to understand that some feelings may get hurt in the process. And it seems like Brady wasn’t all that thrilled with how things turned out once it was over.

It's unlikely Brady will have the gall to confront a wildcard like Frank Hernandez, a product of the Chikira MMA Gym and one of Convicted Inc's top prospects, but he did volunteer himself to be Ghiselle's next BJJ instructor and at a discounted rate. We doubt Brady will fund such a venture, but it's comical none-the-less for Sante Fe's promising grappler to extend such an offer to a public figure.
