Kobe Okoro is the prodigy of Manu Okoro, a folk hero in his home country of Ghana. Over 50 years ago Manu Okoro was once the #2 ranked P4P fighter in the entire world, holding the CFC Light Heavyweight championship. Perhaps best known for defeating David Hollywood at CFC and upsetting SYN' Legend Jigoro Kane at Supernova, Manu Okoro was a vicious fighter in the cage with proficient striking and nasty head kicks.

Kobe Okoro is a direct decendant of the MMA legend, and he's trying his best to channel his ancesterial spirit in the arena. The spotlight has kept Kobe on the MMA radar since his debut at RISE 24, and with the bar set so high, it's safe to say that many fans would consider his pedestrian 6-3 record just that, average and leaving much to be desired.

A known acolyte of the Just Bleed Gods, Kobe pays the blood tribute when he steps into the cage. When he's not bleeding on his opponents, he's carving them up like pumpkins. In his Blood Sport Elite debut the Convicted Fight Club fighter made quick work of his opponent, Jorgen Thrane, an MMA veteran whose competed in SYN. Kobe hit his Danish foe with an uppercut from hell that caused him to sieze up and wake up in another timezone.

The win was a solid one in the young career of Kobe Okoro, and it brought some much needed attention back to his career that had been on hiatus for over 2 years. Kobe preached to the media that the time off allowed him to focus on himself, his family, and his animal spirit. He didn't answer when pressed if he took a trip down trippy lane, but he did speak in riddles and state that he could now read hieroglyphics. One question he did answer, however, is that he's ready to fight, and he's ready to fight now. He wants to show the fans and ownership at Blood Sport Elite that he's cut from a champion's cloth much like his grandfather.
