MMA manager Corey Mcgraugh of the Legion of Doom Alliance has quietly been building a respectable fight team over at The House Of Pain in Las Vegas. From Ireland's favorite brothers in Seamus O Brien (23-11-2 MMA, 6-6 Combate) and Miles O Brien (17-9-0 MMA, 1-2 Combate) to the bantamweight juggernaught "Doctor" Julian Bashir (18-8-0 MMA, 1-1 Combate), Corey has legitimate contenders signed to the toughest organization in the game.
Even a few fighters not currently signed to Combate are worthy of mention, speficially Elim Garak (12-2-1 MMA) who holds a first round submission win over current Combate Bantamweight Champion Jim Bob Walton (14-6-2 MMA, 3-0 Combate). Another notable name from their camp is some monstosaty that looks like something that escaped from a Star Trek space ship. The odds we see that monster in Combate in the future? Very high, confucius says.
Julian Bashir's record is practically unblemished if it weren't for two unfortunate bouts against undefeated Bantamweight champion Danny Cruz (25-0 MMA, 12-0 SYN). As of right now Bashir is booked against Flynn Knightley (9-5 MMA, 2-1 Combate) in what is surely to be a closely contested fight on the ground between two black belts who are experts on the mat. BJJ purists and Brazilians everywhere are looking forward to the showdown of the sacred art as these two competitors step up to prove whose Jits is better, or perhaps Bashir will take the more barbaric approach and try to punch a hole through his opponents head.
