The World Organization of Violent Athletes (WOVA) is locking in its place as the top destination for 410K fighters, and we’re building a team to make sure this organization runs at the highest level. With elite production, strong matchmaking, and a clear vision, WOVA is setting the standard for competition across five divisions—Featherweight, Lightweight, Welterweight, Middleweight, and Heavyweight—with Bantamweight and Super Heavyweight to be launched later.
Each division will be capped at 25-30 fighters, ensuring a balanced, competitive roster where every fighter has a clear path forward.

Hiring Positions
Matchmaker & Roster Manager
- Assist in building fight cards and managing the roster.
- Ensure fair, competitive matchmaking.
- Prior experience with an org or extensive fighter management preferred.
Writer
- Work directly with our graphic designer on event previews, recaps, and promotional content.
- Help develop WOVA’s brand through high-quality written content.
- Strong MMA Tycoon knowledge preferred but not required.
Discord Moderators & Support Staff
- Keep the WOVA community engaged and organized.
- Fill in on tasks as needed to support the organization.
- If you’re active, respectful, and reliable but not sure how to contribute, this is a great way to earn a little extra cash while being part of something big.
