Ascension Revenge PreviewEvent Preview: Ascension : RevengeLadies and gentlemen, I am back with the preview of yet another great event.. Lot of great fights here tonight from the various weight classes in Ascension..the fights are guaranteed to give you a jaw dropping experience..Lets take a look at the top fights this week..
Kupke De Vries v/s Don Marciano
Two veteran fighters..De Vries looks to be the better fighter on paper..with slightly better MT and a brown BJJ belt against Marciano’s blue he looks to have the advantage on his feet and on the ground..but this isn’t the first time Marciano is fighting someone who looks better..With 25 of his 29 victories coming off knockouts Marciano would be looking to end this soon before De Vries can take advantage..and De Vries would do his best to stop him..
Simbo Klice v/s Garson DeBramalo
Klice has the advantage if he can manage to get the fight to the ground...with better wrestling and BJJ he can take it away from his opponent..On their feet the two are evenly matched and if DeBramalo can manage to keep it on his feet he has a fair chance to make it anybody’s game..it all depends on who can keep his cool and capitalize on the opponent’s mistakes..
Kaely Cullen v/s Project Pat
This fight has all it takes to be a classic striker v/s grappler match..With perfect wrestling and a black BJJ belt Cullen will be looking to take his opponent down and maybe add one more sub victory to the 10 that he already has..or knock him out with GnP..and Pat will be looking to stuff these takedown attempts and try to knock out his opponent with his far superior boxing and MT..
Oleg Karev v/s David Abott
Karev has slightly better MT and wrestling which makes him the favourite on paper..but fights are not won on paper..and Abott can possibly neutralize his opponent’s advantages with some careful planning..it all comes down to the single day..and who is better on that day..
Demetrius Bingham v/s Joost Van De Wolf Keizer
This is one fight where all the bets will be on one fighter..Keizer outclasses Bingham in all aspects of the game..and it would take a combination of a miracle from Bingham and a blunder on Keizer’s part if Bingham is to win..but then I am sure Bingham will give it all..and sometimes giving everything can give rise to miracles..
