265lbs Title Fight - Jack Potatos vs Kristow Zedski

Current Geezers heavyweight champion Jack Potatos will be looking to impressively step back into the winning column as he takes on Kristow "The Jetski" Zedski who is coming fresh off a 5 second knockout victory and is riding a crazy wave of momentum. These fighters have already clashed once before, with Potatos drawing first blood and notching a stoppage victory. Jetski comes into the rematch with a potent ground game he has possessed for quite some time. He has fallen in love with the striking game and has often put his ground skills in his back pocket while enjoying his success with his bungalows. Potatos has proven once before that standing with him is a highly dangerous decision. Although the wrestling skills of the Jetski are simply phenominal, taking down and having your way with a goliath like Potatos is easier said than done. I think Zedski's best chances are closing the distance and trying at all costs to employ a ground strategy. I predict the Jetski will get consumed once again by the wave that is Jack Potatos. He will win via TKO in round 1 after feeling out and neutralizing the wrestling assault.

185lbs - Tom Jones vs Wade Wilson
Future title contenders and rising stars Wade Wilson and Tom Jones will square off to see who takes the next step towards the title and into true title contention. The Tommy Gun Tom Jones is as tough as nails and proved it in his last fight where he got knocked down twice, rocked and went on to claim a heart felt victory. He is a true mixed martial artist and there aren't many areas you can find him uncomfortable in. He has a pressing and intentful ground assault which can suffocate opponents who wilt under his pressure. His opponent, Wade Wilson, shares a stunning amount of similarities. He has shown incredible heart and determination and has a recent come from behind stoppage victory in which he was rocked and showed true fighting spirit. He is also completely well rounded and likes to punch, kick and also favors turning people into mince meat on the ground as opposed to utilizing submission skills. I predict Jones will claim 2 rounds and take a UD victory after a close battle.

170lbs - Bin JinJu vs Rufus Soderberg
Some creamy ground action will likely be taking place as black belts Rufus Soderberg and Bin JinJu collide in a welterweight showdown. The more experienced JinJu has been on a tear lately in Geezers, winning his last 4 fights in impressive style and showcasing his improving ground and pound technique. Strikes on the ground could prove useful against Soderberg who utilizes and seems to be more proficient with pure submissions. He has submitted his last 5 opponents and is investing a good deal of time in polishing up his boxing and stand up skills. This is an interesting fight to predict but assuming they will clash on the floor I give a slight advantage to Soderberg. JinJu has been armbarred before and I think he has a good chance of getting caught again. Soderberg will win with an armbar submission in the 2nd round.

185lbs - Yushin Okami vs Jim Duggan
The hacksaw Jim Duggan will be looking for an impressive win as he is tasked with de-railing the train of momentum that is Yushin Okami. Okami has won 4 straight fights and certainly deserves respect. His overall mixed martial arts game is in it's infancy, and he still finds ways to employ his boxing specialty and claim victory. His opponent, the hacksaw, has seen the highs and lows of the sport and is simply ready to go to war his foe. He has heavy hands and his record is simple deceptive. He is certainly more well rounded than Okami and could enjoy advantages in many areas of the fight if he so chooses. I predict the Hacksaw will win a UD after getting a taste of punches and opting for a safer ground war.

170lbs - Melvin Manhoef vs Sam Snoozer
Geezers welterweight star Melvin Manhoef looks to pave his way to a title shot as he welcomes the ultra talented Sam Snoozer to the organization. Manhoef has finished every single opponent put in front of him in Geezers and is an insane test for Snoozer in his debut. He has proven that he is a crushing force when he has both feet planted, and it might be wise to fight around that strength. Snoozer has the tools to claim victory even though he's coming off 2 stoppage losses. Surely he doesn't want to stand with his foe but he has worthy wrestling skills and has slick submissions which might be the key. Initiating a ground fight against Marvolous Manhoef is nonetheless a monumental task. I predict that Snoozer will have a noble effort but will fall victim to the savage striking of his foe. Manhoef will win via KO in round 2.

Remaining Predictions
185 lbs - Whonjon William vs Marco Aurelio - Rematch fight. I think William UD
170 lbs - Mag Ne vs Julio Driggs - One guys goin down.. shiet.. Driggs via KO
170 lbs - John Askren vs Stephan Axe - Axe via UD
